該礦堅(jian)持問題導向(xiang),刀刃向(xiang)內,嚴(yan)格管(guan)(guan)控(kong)各類安(an)全(quan)(quan)風(feng)險。針對影響安(an)全(quan)(quan)生產的(de)頂板(ban)、提升運輸、“一通三防”等薄弱環節,加大(da)現場(chang)監督管(guan)(guan)理力度(du),對暴露的(de)苗頭性(xing)、傾向(xiang)性(xing)安(an)全(quan)(quan)問題,放(fang)大(da)分析、超前問責。對安(an)全(quan)(quan)隱患(huan),深層剖析、從嚴(yan)追究,堅(jian)決杜絕重大(da)隱患(huan)。同時,嚴(yan)格執行對標(biao)、對規檢查工作制度(du),安(an)全(quan)(quan)生產管(guan)(guan)理人員與跟(gen)班安(an)監員執行“雙(shuang)向(xiang)溯源”考(kao)核機制,對查出的(de)隱患(huan)問題,全(quan)(quan)程跟(gen)蹤落實整改,嚴(yan)格閉環管(guan)(guan)理。
