自黨(dang)史學習(xi)教(jiao)育開(kai)展以(yi)來(lai),彭莊(zhuang)煤礦(kuang)黨(dang)委堅(jian)持(chi)“學思用(yong)貫通、知信行統一”的(de)思路,把(ba)解決(jue)職工(gong)的(de)“急(ji)難愁盼”作(zuo)為黨(dang)史學習(xi)教(jiao)育成(cheng)果(guo)的(de)“試(shi)金石”,“點、線(xian)、面”同步發(fa)力(li)、“急(ji)、難、小”一體(ti)推進,推動(dong)“我為職工(gong)辦實(shi)事”實(shi)踐活動(dong)扎實(shi)開(kai)展,用(yong)實(shi)際行動(dong)把(ba)黨(dang)史學習(xi)成(cheng)效轉(zhuan)化(hua)為“我為職工(gong)辦實(shi)事”的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)動(dong)能(neng)。
找準“落腳點”,辦好職工“急事”
該礦黨(dang)委把“我為職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦實(shi)(shi)(shi)事”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作融入(ru)日常,開展班子(zi)成員包掛(gua)支部(bu)聯系點(dian)、黨(dang)員包掛(gua)聯系群眾、黨(dang)群人(ren)員包掛(gua)困難職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)“三(san)包掛(gua)”活動(dong)(dong),依托“八級慧(hui)談”“書記接(jie)待站”“領導干部(bu)公開大接(jie)訪”等平臺,廣泛搜(sou)集職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)群眾反映的普遍(bian)性、重難點(dian)問(wen)題,做到“上下(xia)聯動(dong)(dong),問(wen)計(ji)于(yu)民;因(yin)實(shi)(shi)(shi)制宜,問(wen)需(xu)于(yu)民”,為職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦好“急(ji)事”。今(jin)年以來共解決(jue)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)食宿環境改善、文(wen)體(ti)活動(dong)(dong)室修繕、床上用(yong)品發放、特殊(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)裝配備等13件實(shi)(shi)(shi)事。
理清“連接線”,解決職工“難事”
在做好(hao)前期(qi)調(diao)(diao)研走訪基礎上(shang),該礦黨委建立“融入(ru)(ru)(ru)一線支(zhi)部建設,融入(ru)(ru)(ru)生(sheng)產環境改(gai)善,融入(ru)(ru)(ru)日常點滴關(guan)愛,融入(ru)(ru)(ru)精益化提升,融入(ru)(ru)(ru)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)日常培訓,融入(ru)(ru)(ru)群(qun)團常態服(fu)務(wu),融入(ru)(ru)(ru)急(ji)難(nan)險重(zhong)任務(wu)”為主要內容的“七融入(ru)(ru)(ru)”具體舉措,為職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)解(jie)決(jue)“難(nan)事”。機電工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區黨支(zhi)部一名年輕(qing)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)突發腦溢血,且(qie)家庭遭遇(yu)重(zhong)大變故,經(jing)協調(diao)(diao)開通救(jiu)助(zhu)綠色通道(dao)、及(ji)時聯系職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)互助(zhu)保障(zhang)中心,進行(xing)二(er)次報銷。運搬工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區一名職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)家屬患病后,家庭負擔加重(zhong),除進行(xing)救(jiu)助(zhu)外,積極引導該職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)通過(guo)志愿服(fu)務(wu)、義務(wu)勞動來“自食其力”,以“表現換積分,以積分換物(wu)品(pin)”,幫貧、幫志、幫德。
拓寬“服務面”,做好職工“小事”
該(gai)礦牢固樹立“發展依(yi)靠(kao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工、發展為了職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工”主(zhu)旨,將黨史學習(xi)教(jiao)育(yu)成(cheng)果融入推進礦井和諧(xie)高效(xiao)發展日(ri)(ri)常(chang),融入破解礦井發展難題日(ri)(ri)常(chang)。結合建黨100周年,初步(bu)建立融合“文體活動(dong)、訴求(qiu)辦理、素能提(ti)升、廉潔教(jiao)育(yu)、技能提(ti)升”五大(da)(da)功能的職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工“一站式(shi)”服務中心,辦好(hao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工的“小事(shi)”。舉辦“你(ni)陪(pei)我(wo)長大(da)(da)、我(wo)陪(pei)你(ni)變(bian)老”母(mu)親節特(te)別活動(dong),為職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工提(ti)供盡孝(xiao)的機(ji)會(hui)。邀請高考(kao)(kao)志愿填(tian)報專家(jia)到(dao)礦指導39名參加高考(kao)(kao)的職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工子女填(tian)報志愿,為職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工解決關切事(shi)。開展逢“11”大(da)(da)清(qing)(qing)掃活動(dong),每月11日(ri)(ri)對(dui)礦外員工居住區(qu)的衛生死(si)角(jiao)進行大(da)(da)清(qing)(qing)理,讓職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工時刻感受到(dao)彭(peng)莊(zhuang)煤礦大(da)(da)家(jia)庭的關懷和溫暖。
“職(zhi)工(gong)的事無小事,立身(shen)立行(xing)暖人心(xin)(xin)。”該礦(kuang)以職(zhi)工(gong)為中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)的發展思想,聚力解決(jue)影響職(zhi)工(gong)獲得感滿意度的難點(dian)、痛點(dian)、堵點(dian)問題,續力“主動擔當(dang)”理(li)念(nian),自4月份以來,共計為職(zhi)工(gong)辦實事170余(yu)件,構建起(qi)全體(ti)職(zhi)工(gong)對內同心(xin)(xin)、對外同音、目標(biao)同向(xiang)、同頻共振(zhen)的命(ming)運共同體(ti)。(張(zhang)霄)
