郭屯(tun)煤礦牢(lao)固樹(shu)立“智能化(hua)工(gong)作面(mian)不(bu)是(shi)看的(de),而是(shi)干(gan)的(de)”理(li)念,堅持“裝(zhuang)備(bei)、系統、管(guan)理(li)、素(su)質”四并(bing)重,統籌推進“裝(zhuang)備(bei)+系統”雙輪(lun)驅動、“管(guan)理(li)+激勵”雙管(guan)齊(qi)下、“培訓+實操”齊(qi)頭并(bing)進三(san)項重點(dian)工(gong)作,智能化(hua)工(gong)作面(mian)實現(xian)常(chang)態化(hua)自動運行。

一、“裝備+系統”雙輪驅動,全力推進工作面智能化升級
裝備(bei)(bei)可靠是自動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)作(zuo)業的(de)(de)基(ji)礎,系(xi)統(tong)(tong)穩定是工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)安全(quan)(quan)高效運轉的(de)(de)關(guan)(guan)鍵。一(yi)是更換工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)采(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)。將(jiang)采(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)更換為(wei)MG500/1200-WD型智能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)采(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)(ji),具有基(ji)于互聯(lian)網(wang)的(de)(de)遠(yuan)程(cheng)監測(ce)、維護(hu)、故障診斷功(gong)能(neng)(neng),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)對滾(gun)筒(tong)高度(du)、采(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)位(wei)(wei)置的(de)(de)監測(ce)和(he)記(ji)(ji)憶(yi)(yi)截割(ge)功(gong)能(neng)(neng),特別是在(zai)(zai)端(duan)頭截割(ge)作(zuo)業中(zhong)精確定位(wei)(wei)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)截割(ge)端(duan)點位(wei)(wei)置、準確重復(fu)左右滾(gun)筒(tong)截割(ge)高度(du),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)采(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)及(ji)記(ji)(ji)憶(yi)(yi)截割(ge)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)常(chang)(chang)態化(hua)(hua)應(ying)用,采(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)記(ji)(ji)憶(yi)(yi)截割(ge)率(lv)由65%提(ti)高至(zhi)(zhi)90%以上(shang)。二是升級改造液(ye)(ye)壓支架(jia)(jia)。樹立(li)(li)以液(ye)(ye)壓支架(jia)(jia)為(wei)核(he)心的(de)(de)頂(ding)板(ban)管(guan)理理念,加裝天瑪電(dian)(dian)(dian)液(ye)(ye)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)及(ji)相關(guan)(guan)傳感器,更換帶(dai)位(wei)(wei)移傳感器的(de)(de)推(tui)移缸和(he)反沖(chong)洗濾芯,并在(zai)(zai)鄰架(jia)(jia)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)、成組程(cheng)序自動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)、自動(dong)(dong)(dong)反沖(chong)洗等功(gong)能(neng)(neng)上(shang),根(gen)據工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)實(shi)(shi)際生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)開發跟(gen)機(ji)(ji)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)程(cheng)序,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)液(ye)(ye)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)及(ji)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)跟(gen)機(ji)(ji)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)常(chang)(chang)態化(hua)(hua)運行,支架(jia)(jia)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)跟(gen)機(ji)(ji)率(lv)由75%提(ti)高至(zhi)(zhi)95%以上(shang)。三是建設工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)視頻監控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。搭建工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業以太網(wang),建設視頻系(xi)統(tong)(tong),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)了在(zai)(zai)順(shun)槽(cao)監控(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)心對綜采(cai)(cai)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)設備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)可視化(hua)(hua)遠(yuan)程(cheng)監控(kong)(kong)(kong)和(he)在(zai)(zai)線監測(ce)功(gong)能(neng)(neng),具備(bei)(bei)全(quan)(quan)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和(he)分(fen)機(ji)(ji)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)兩(liang)(liang)種模式(shi)(shi),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)了工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)設備(bei)(bei)及(ji)視頻信息集中(zhong)監控(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)常(chang)(chang)態化(hua)(hua)應(ying)用。四是集成供液(ye)(ye)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)改造。將(jiang)供液(ye)(ye)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)改進(jin)為(wei)“兩(liang)(liang)進(jin)一(yi)回”供液(ye)(ye)模式(shi)(shi),支架(jia)(jia)分(fen)段獨立(li)(li)供液(ye)(ye),在(zai)(zai)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過程(cheng)中(zhong),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)快速(su)、平穩拉架(jia)(jia)。采(cai)(cai)用變頻調速(su)技(ji)術,減少機(ji)(ji)械(xie)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)沖(chong)擊,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)液(ye)(ye)泵站平穩啟動(dong)(dong)(dong);減少電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥卸載(zai)次數,降低(di)噪音、節能(neng)(neng)減排。五是兩(liang)(liang)順(shun)槽(cao)取消單(dan)體(ti)支護(hu)。兩(liang)(liang)巷(xiang)(xiang)超前采(cai)(cai)用單(dan)元(yuan)支架(jia)(jia)支護(hu),利(li)用單(dan)軌吊進(jin)行挪移,提(ti)高了勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)業安全(quan)(quan)系(xi)數,降低(di)了職工(gong)(gong)(gong)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)強度(du)。生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)班(ban)由16人(ren)縮(suo)減為(wei)12人(ren),去(qu)除留巷(xiang)(xiang)影響實(shi)(shi)際人(ren)員10人(ren),將(jiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)內作(zuo)業人(ren)員解(jie)放(fang)至(zhi)(zhi)順(shun)槽(cao)進(jin)行遠(yuan)程(cheng)監視或(huo)輔助作(zuo)業。

二、“管理+激勵”雙管齊下,全方位提升現場管理質效
建立適(shi)應智能化(hua)(hua)生產的(de)(de)管理(li)體系(xi)是日常(chang)運行(xing)的(de)(de)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)。一是堅持跟(gen)班寫實(shi)。生產副總、機(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)副總統(tong)(tong)籌負責(ze)智能化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面建設,成(cheng)立寫實(shi)小組,安排專人跟(gen)班寫實(shi),協調解決現(xian)場問題,特(te)別是監督采煤機(ji)(ji)(ji)司機(ji)(ji)(ji)克服操(cao)作(zuo)隨意(yi)性,順平頂(ding)底板,保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)支架(jia)狀(zhuang)態,為(wei)采煤機(ji)(ji)(ji)記憶截(jie)割(ge)創造良好條件(jian),減少人工(gong)(gong)干預。二是加強(qiang)供液系(xi)統(tong)(tong)監管。頂(ding)板完好是工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面智能化(hua)(hua)運行(xing)的(de)(de)前(qian)提,堅持支架(jia)完好率(lv)向100%邁進,正確(que)使用乳化(hua)(hua)液自動(dong)配比裝置(zhi)和反沖洗過濾,嚴(yan)格(ge)對(dui)現(xian)場凈化(hua)(hua)水裝置(zhi)進行(xing)水質檢(jian)測,并對(dui)乳化(hua)(hua)液濃(nong)度隨時(shi)抽檢(jian),確(que)保(bao)液壓(ya)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)“血液”純凈。三是嚴(yan)格(ge)智能化(hua)(hua)裝備(bei)開機(ji)(ji)(ji)率(lv)考核(he)。制定下發(fa)《智能化(hua)(hua)裝備(bei)開機(ji)(ji)(ji)使用率(lv)考核(he)管理(li)辦法(fa)》,每天調取設備(bei)運行(xing)曲線(xian)、支架(jia)跟(gen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、煤機(ji)(ji)(ji)記憶截(jie)割(ge)的(de)(de)時(shi)間數據、自動(dong)化(hua)(hua)使用時(shi)間作(zuo)為(wei)考核(he)依(yi)據,與管理(li)人員工(gong)(gong)資(zi)掛(gua)鉤,月度工(gong)(gong)資(zi)由機(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)礦(kuang)長審核(he)后發(fa)放,保(bao)障基層(ceng)工(gong)(gong)區(qu)常(chang)態化(hua)(hua)使用。
三、“培訓+實操”齊頭并進,打造一支高素質智能化隊伍培養懂原理、會操作、能維修的復合型人才是保證工作面智能化穩定運行的重要保障。一是常態化開(kai)展崗位培訓(xun)。堅(jian)持(chi)“走出去、請進(jin)來”,先后組織專業技術(shu)人(ren)員(yuan)及(ji)現場(chang)(chang)實(shi)操(cao)人(ren)員(yuan)到(dao)付村煤礦、中國礦大等單位學習(xi)交流,抽調(diao)機電維(wei)修骨干人(ren)員(yuan)配合(he)廠(chang)家(jia)技術(shu)人(ren)員(yuan)進(jin)行(xing)聯合(he)調(diao)試;同時,邀(yao)請廠(chang)家(jia)技術(shu)人(ren)員(yuan)到(dao)現場(chang)(chang),采(cai)用理(li)(li)論(lun)與實(shi)操(cao)相結合(he)、現場(chang)(chang)學與視頻學相結合(he)的(de)培訓(xun)模式,全面提升(sheng)理(li)(li)論(lun)知(zhi)識(shi)及(ji)實(shi)踐操(cao)作(zuo)本領,為(wei)智能(neng)化采(cai)煤工(gong)作(zuo)面的(de)建設和(he)運行(xing)打(da)下了基礎。二(er)是提升(sheng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)人(ren)員(yuan)智能(neng)化操(cao)作(zuo)。生產(chan)副(fu)總、機電副(fu)總及(ji)業務(wu)科室(shi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)人(ren)員(yuan)必須掌握工(gong)作(zuo)面記(ji)憶截割及(ji)三機理(li)(li)論(lun)知(zhi)識(shi),并能(neng)夠進(jin)行(xing)指導性操(cao)作(zuo);計(ji)劃開(kai)展業務(wu)科室(shi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)人(ren)員(yuan)理(li)(li)論(lun)和(he)實(shi)操(cao)考(kao)試,嚴格落(luo)實(shi)排(pai)名獎罰,以此推進(jin)智能(neng)化工(gong)作(zuo)面建設。
