按照山東能源“一提雙優”工作部署,高煤公司加快推進新舊動能轉換,堅持以“費效比”論證保安升級,從安全性、效率性、效益性開展工作,推動綜掘工作面工藝工序變革,以MB670掘錨護一體機引進應用為契機,按照集團公司“定位要高、標準要高、系統要優、技術要精”的要求,在3下1104運(yun)輸巷沿空送巷區(qu)段進行了(le)高(gao)效(xiao)快掘(jue)一(yi)條線創建,并于3月21日(ri)-4月21日(ri)期間(jian)開展高(gao)效(xiao)快掘(jue)創水平活動,在取消夜班(ban)的(de)(de)基礎上(shang),創出(chu)日(ri)單進23米(mi),總進尺646米(mi)的(de)(de)好成績,主要(yao)經驗做法匯報如下。
一、巷道概況
3下1104運輸巷布置在西十一采區3下煤層中,煤層厚度3.2m~5.0m,平均3.9m,設計長度1624m,煤巖層產狀較穩定,所處地層總體為一單斜構造,走向228°,傾向318°。標高-454.1m~-479.2m,煤巖層傾角最小6°,最大20°,平均13°左右。該巷道兩面采空區下沿空掘進,頂板上覆3上1102工作面采空區,距采空區巖柱厚度為2.0~7.0m,平均4.7m,上幫沿3下1102采空區運輸巷,沿采空區側有4個積水區,預計積水量7622m3,根據3上1102運輸巷、3上1104工作面和3下1102運輸巷等周邊采掘揭露情況,3下1104運輸巷揭露斷層24條;3下1104工(gong)作面運輸(shu)巷具有沖(chong)擊地(di)壓危(wei)險,局部為中級沖(chong)擊地(di)壓危(wei)險區域。
二(er)、MB670-1型(xing)掘(jue)錨機簡(jian)介
我們(men)這次引進(jin)應用的MB670-1型掘(jue)(jue)錨(mao)護(hu)(hu)一(yi)體機(ji)(ji)(ji)為第(di)(di)三代(dai)掘(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)(ji),該機(ji)(ji)(ji)配備6臺機(ji)(ji)(ji)載液(ye)壓錨(mao)桿機(ji)(ji)(ji),其中4臺用于頂板支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)(hu),2臺用于幫部支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)(hu),并自(zi)帶用于臨(lin)時(shi)支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)(hu)的液(ye)壓支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)架(jia),防塵(chen)高(gao)壓水(shui)噴霧系統和(he)濕(shi)式除塵(chen)系統。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)型與(yu)第(di)(di)二(er)代(dai)相(xiang)比具有以下優(you)點,一(yi)是(shi)截割(ge)部升級(ji)為可伸縮式截割(ge)部,切割(ge)時(shi)將截割(ge)部伸出,切割(ge)后(hou)將伸縮部收回(hui),減小(xiao)了截割(ge)部與(yu)迎頭(tou)煤壁的距離,減小(xiao)切割(ge)后(hou)控頂距1米,使控頂面積縮小(xiao)、實現了壓力區有效及時(shi)支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)(hu)。二(er)是(shi)掘(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)一(yi)運(yun)(yun)機(ji)(ji)(ji)頭(tou)卸載部優(you)化為擺動式,可左右擺動36°,拐(guai)彎施工時(shi)可調整一(yi)運(yun)(yun)角度,實現拐(guai)彎運(yun)(yun)輸(shu),第(di)(di)一(yi)代(dai)掘(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)全(quan)長15m,第(di)(di)三代(dai)掘(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)全(quan)長11m,機(ji)(ji)(ji)身縮短了,拐(guai)彎施工更靈活、適應性更強。三是(shi)爬坡能力強,最大爬坡能力15°,與(yu)調研掘(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)型能力提(ti)高(gao)50%。四是(shi)具有左右平衡監測功能,當機(ji)(ji)(ji)體左右傾角大于±4°時(shi),自(zi)動停機(ji)(ji)(ji)閉鎖,保障了切割(ge)質量。
掘錨(mao)(mao)機采(cai)用無(wu)線(xian)遙(yao)控實(shi)現(xian)切(qie)割(ge)(ge)作(zuo)業,作(zuo)業時操作(zuo)人(ren)員在(zai)切(qie)割(ge)(ge)護(hu)板后通過屏(ping)幕觀察操作(zuo),全斷面截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)、一次成巷,自動控制水(shui)平位置和(he)巷道(dao)的截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)高(gao)度,掏槽與截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)過程實(shi)現(xian)全自動控制,操作(zuo)人(ren)員更安(an)全,在(zai)迎頭截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)時可(ke)以頂幫同時進行錨(mao)(mao)桿支(zhi)護(hu)作(zuo)業,實(shi)現(xian)截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)、裝載、運輸和(he)錨(mao)(mao)護(hu)平行作(zuo)業。切(qie)割(ge)(ge)效率明顯提高(gao),與第二代掘錨(mao)(mao)機相比,每循環截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)時間(jian)由11分鐘縮短至5分鐘,切(qie)割(ge)(ge)效率提高(gao)54.5%。
三(san)、注重科學(xue)論證(zheng),進行“支護變革”
在支(zhi)護上我們聯合中國(guo)礦(kuang)業大學進(jin)行技術攻(gong)關,根(gen)據巷道空間位置關系(xi)、工程地(di)質特征、地(di)應力分布(bu)規(gui)律及頂(ding)板巖層(ceng)強度進(jin)行系(xi)統(tong)論證,在“有效承載層(ceng)厚(hou)度”的(de)頂(ding)板疊加(jia)梁理論假說(shuo)基礎上,進(jin)行了煤(mei)巷頂(ding)板疊合巖梁內(nei)(nei)力、組合巖梁內(nei)(nei)力計(ji)算(suan),對錨(mao)固前后(hou)巖梁內(nei)(nei)力進(jin)行對比分析,不斷優(you)(you)化(hua)支(zhi)護參數(shu),制定了“高(gao)強度、低密度”支(zhi)護技術方(fang)案。正常情況下頂(ding)板巖柱厚(hou)度大于(yu)6米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)時,頂(ding)幫(bang)支(zhi)護采(cai)用直徑22毫米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)、長(chang)度2.8米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)的(de)細螺紋(wen)高(gao)強螺紋(wen)鋼錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(右旋,Q600),設計(ji)扭矩400牛·米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),頂(ding)板每(mei)排布(bu)置6棵錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan),幫(bang)部(bu)(bu)每(mei)排布(bu)置4棵錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan),頂(ding)部(bu)(bu)隔一排錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)布(bu)置一排錨(mao)索,每(mei)排布(bu)置4棵錨(mao)索,“高(gao)強度、低密度”支(zhi)護方(fang)式(shi)較原支(zhi)護方(fang)式(shi)相比,頂(ding)板錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)排距由(you)0.8米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)增加(jia)到(dao)2米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),幫(bang)部(bu)(bu)錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)排距由(you)0.8米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)增加(jia)到(dao)1米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),同時錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)間距均由(you)0.8米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)擴(kuo)大到(dao)1米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),優(you)(you)化(hua)后(hou)每(mei)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)巷道錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)支(zhi)護數(shu)量由(you)21.25棵減少(shao)到(dao)11棵,錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)施(shi)工數(shu)量降低48.2%,支(zhi)護效率明顯(xian)提(ti)高(gao)。
當頂板(ban)完整巖柱厚(hou)度(du)大于(yu)5米(mi)(mi)小于(yu)6米(mi)(mi)時(shi),在“正(zheng)常(chang)條件下支(zhi)(zhi)護技術方案”基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)上,在每(mei)排錨(mao)桿與(yu)錨(mao)索(suo)之間補(bu)打(da)4根注漿錨(mao)(規格為Φ22×4500-5500mm);當掘進遇斷層破(po)碎帶時(shi),應確保頂板(ban)巖柱厚(hou)度(du)不小于(yu)6米(mi)(mi),且應破(po)底(di)掘進施(shi)工,并(bing)及時(shi)縮(suo)小間排距,迎頭打(da)超前(qian)錨(mao)桿配合木板(ban)梁超前(qian)支(zhi)(zhi)護,迎頭后(hou)每(mei)排錨(mao)桿與(yu)錨(mao)索(suo)之間補(bu)打(da)6根注漿錨(mao)(規格為Φ22×5300mm)加強(qiang)(qiang)支(zhi)(zhi)護,巖柱厚(hou)度(du)小于(yu)5米(mi)(mi)時(shi),在原有支(zhi)(zhi)護的基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)上加扶(fu)可(ke)伸縮(suo)“U”型(xing)棚加強(qiang)(qiang)支(zhi)(zhi)護。
為了驗證“高強度、低密度”支護在3下煤層巷道(dao)支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)狀態、質(zhi)量、強度等使用(yong)效果(guo),我們(men)在該巷道(dao)布置了(le)礦壓監測站,在錨桿、錨索的(de)末端分區段安裝了(le)應力動態監測系統(tong),對頂幫變形、錨索張緊(jin)力巷道(dao)圍(wei)巖內部裂隙變化規律進行監測,掌握(wo)支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)效果(guo),對支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)方式進行驗證,確保支(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)安全(quan)可靠。
四、注(zhu)重人機(ji)匹配,進行“三個”優化
為(wei)發揮MB670-1型掘錨護一體機(ji),切割、支護、運(yun)輸平行(xing)高效(xiao)作業性(xing)能,我(wo)們綜(zong)合施策,對運(yun)煤(mei)流程(cheng)、輔助運(yun)輸、勞動組織進行(xing)優化,實(shi)現人機(ji)匹配(pei),煤(mei)流、物料雙系統高效(xiao)運(yun)輸。
(一)運(yun)(yun)煤流(liu)程優化。應用LY2000型連(lian)續(xu)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)車(che)與MB670-1型掘(jue)(jue)錨(mao)護一體機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)配套運(yun)(yun)煤,該(gai)設備由帶式轉載機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、履帶式轉載破(po)碎(sui)(sui)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、及剛性(xing)皮帶機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia)組合。平(ping)均運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)能力達到(dao)(dao)800t/h,連(lian)續(xu)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)車(che)前端為3噸(dun)接(jie)煤緩沖倉,起到(dao)(dao)煤流(liu)匹(pi)配的(de)作用,迎頭切割(ge)出煤時(shi)緊跟掘(jue)(jue)錨(mao)護一體機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),煤流(liu)經(jing)掘(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)一運(yun)(yun),連(lian)續(xu)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)車(che)煤緩沖倉煤流(liu)經(jing)轉載破(po)碎(sui)(sui)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)破(po)碎(sui)(sui)、進入帶式轉載機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、膠帶輸(shu)送機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),形(xing)成連(lian)續(xu)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)系統(tong)。同時(shi)對煤塊進行破(po)碎(sui)(sui),消(xiao)除了大塊煤矸運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)隱患和堵倉問題。
同時,結合(he)切割(ge)出煤(mei)量(liang),對后路煤(mei)流運輸設備進行了同步優化(hua),配(pei)備了永磁變(bian)頻皮帶驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置,該(gai)裝(zhuang)置由2個(ge)132kW永磁電(dian)滾(gun)筒和變(bian)頻器(qi)開關(guan)組合(he)而成(cheng),替代了傳(chuan)統的異步電(dian)機、減(jian)速器(qi)、液(ye)力(li)耦(ou)合(he)器(qi)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置,實現無齒(chi)輪傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),綜合(he)節能(neng)率(lv)比傳(chuan)統驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統提高了30%以上,采用變(bian)頻器(qi)控制啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),實現皮帶機緩慢(man)勻速起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),減(jian)小了對電(dian)網(wang)和機械傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統的沖擊,降(jiang)低了維護量(liang)和油耗。
(二)輔(fu)助運(yun)輸(shu)優化(hua)。在物(wu)料運(yun)輸(shu)方面,應用(yong)了160P型變頻無(wu)(wu)極繩(sheng)絞(jiao)(jiao)車(che)、風動(dong)單軌(gui)吊(diao)以(yi)及物(wu)料集裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)箱,運(yun)料時,先將物(wu)料裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)入(ru)集裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)箱,集裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)箱通過無(wu)(wu)極繩(sheng)絞(jiao)(jiao)車(che)運(yun)至(zhi)(zhi)尾輪(lun)處,再(zai)使用(yong)風動(dong)單軌(gui)吊(diao)吊(diao)至(zhi)(zhi)1#運(yun)輸(shu)車(che)后,直接供(gong)迎(ying)頭(tou)掘進(jin)使用(yong),實(shi)現了物(wu)料高(gao)效(xiao)配送。同時,為提高(gao)運(yun)輸(shu)的安全性、降低運(yun)輸(shu)成(cheng)本(ben),我們對無(wu)(wu)極繩(sheng)絞(jiao)(jiao)車(che)進(jin)行(xing)升級,安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)了無(wu)(wu)線視頻裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi),實(shi)現運(yun)行(xing)過程中無(wu)(wu)線監控(kong),取消了跟車(che)人(ren)員,同時將無(wu)(wu)極繩(sheng)絞(jiao)(jiao)車(che)操(cao)作平(ping)(ping)臺與可視化(hua)區域集控(kong)皮帶機操(cao)作平(ping)(ping)臺、自動(dong)巡檢(jian)機器人(ren)監控(kong)平(ping)(ping)臺集中放置(zhi)(zhi),便于操(cao)作,實(shi)現無(wu)(wu)極繩(sheng)絞(jiao)(jiao)車(che)司機、皮帶司機、巡檢(jian)崗(gang)位“三(san)崗(gang)合一”,每班優化(hua)減員2人(ren)。
(三)勞動(dong)組織優(you)化。采(cai)取專業化管理,從各單(dan)位抽(chou)調精英骨干,成立35人(ren)(ren)的專業化的隊伍(掘(jue)錨隊),實現人(ren)(ren)力資(zi)源(yuan)共享。結合(he)裝備升(sheng)級,對(dui)正規循環(huan)作業圖表進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)排查優(you)化,列出(chu)最(zui)長工(gong)(gong)序時間,科學匹配人(ren)(ren)員、機具(ju),發(fa)揮(hui)人(ren)(ren)機效能(neng)。通(tong)過優(you)化,該掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)作面在取消(xiao)夜班(ban)(ban)(ban)的基礎(chu)上,采(cai)取“二七(qi)一四”制作業方式,早班(ban)(ban)(ban)為準(zhun)備班(ban)(ban)(ban) (6:00-10:00)集(ji)中進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)生產(chan)準(zhun)備工(gong)(gong)作,以滿足掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)頭面延接皮(pi)帶、電纜、風水管路等(deng)需(xu)求;中班(ban)(ban)(ban)(10:00-17:00)、晚(wan)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(17:00-24:00)為生產(chan)班(ban)(ban)(ban)集(ji)中生產(chan)。嚴格按照集(ji)團公司(si)“5788”勞動(dong)定員要(yao)求進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)優(you)化,形成“一人(ren)(ren)多崗(gang)、一崗(gang)多能(neng)”機制,有效提升(sheng)人(ren)(ren)力資(zi)源(yuan)效能(neng),實現每班(ban)(ban)(ban)作業人(ren)(ren)員不超(chao)8人(ren)(ren)。同時利用夜班(ban)(ban)(ban)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)施工(gong)(gong)卸(xie)壓(ya)孔防沖卸(xie)壓(ya)、布置排水設施進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)探放水,避免了(le)探水、卸(xie)壓(ya)影響生產(chan)。
五、注重(zhong)施工標準,進行精品(pin)創(chuang)建(jian)
“初始(shi)即好,標準(zhun)化(hua)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)”一(yi)直是(shi)我們堅持的(de)原(yuan)則(ze),掘錨機新設備的(de)應(ying)用(yong),同樣(yang)要秉持質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)標準(zhun)化(hua)不放(fang)松,為此我們一(yi)是(shi)突出(chu)巷道施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)直線(xian)(xian)性。安(an)裝(zhuang)了(le)(le)兩臺準(zhun)直激光儀,分(fen)別布(bu)置(zhi)在(zai)(zai)巷道兩肩窩(wo)處,能夠及時發現偏差進行糾正,確(que)保了(le)(le)迎頭走向的(de)直線(xian)(xian)性;二是(shi)突出(chu)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)內(nei)在(zai)(zai)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)管(guan)(guan)理,錨桿(gan)、錨索、聯網施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)每班(ban)明確(que)責(ze)任到人(ren),以專用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具檢測(ce)數據,倒查責(ze)任追究(jiu),促進內(nei)在(zai)(zai)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)提高;三是(shi)突出(chu)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)環節管(guan)(guan)控,實施“三保險”驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)考核(he)模(mo)式,即:工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)長跟班(ban)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)過(guo)程(cheng),安(an)監(jian)員(yuan)(兼職(zhi)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)員(yuan))交接班(ban)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)結(jie)果,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區管(guan)(guan)理人(ren)員(yuan)隨機取點抽驗(yan)(yan);四是(shi)突出(chu)線(xian)(xian)性管(guan)(guan)理,拉線(xian)(xian)定(ding)位作業,錨桿(gan)、錨索布(bu)置(zhi)一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian),電纜(lan)吊(diao)掛(gua)一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian),風筒吊(diao)掛(gua)一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian),風水(shui)管(guan)(guan)路(lu)敷(fu)(fu)設一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian),軌道敷(fu)(fu)設一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian),皮(pi)帶敷(fu)(fu)設一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian),移動(dong)料場碼(ma)放(fang)一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian),鉆具、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具放(fang)置(zhi)一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian);五是(shi)突出(chu)防沖(chong)固定(ding)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)管(guan)(guan)理,統一(yi)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)用(yong)了(le)(le)管(guan)(guan)路(lu)防沖(chong)固定(ding)架(jia)(jia)、防沖(chong)型(xing)電纜(lan)鉤、防沖(chong)物料架(jia)(jia)、防沖(chong)開關架(jia)(jia),并利用(yong)修復(fu)的(de)舊錨桿(gan)進行固定(ding),在(zai)(zai)利舊降本的(de)同時提高了(le)(le)防沖(chong)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang),僅此一(yi)項一(yi)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作面就可節約(yue)成本10.5萬元。
六、注重工序(xu)環節,進行“五(wu)小(xiao)”創新
為(wei)提高掘進(jin)生產效率,我們堅持以(yi)施工(gong)環(huan)境(jing)創建為(wei)基礎(chu),對施工(gong)過(guo)程中每道工(gong)序(xu)、環(huan)節進(jin)行研究,集思廣益、創新(xin)變革,推(tui)廣應用了(le)許多(duo)實用的(de)小改小革項(xiang)目,更好(hao)的(de)推(tui)進(jin)了(le)安(an)全高效掘進(jin)。
創新(xin)優(you)化取(qu)(qu)油(you)環節(jie),應用(yong)油(you)桶專用(yong)取(qu)(qu)油(you)裝(zhuang)置,降低(di)取(qu)(qu)油(you)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)勞(lao)動(dong)強度(du),實現容量200L油(you)桶1人安全取(qu)(qu)油(you)操作;對(dui)皮帶(dai)(dai)延接(jie)環節(jie)進(jin)行優(you)化,我們(men)在皮帶(dai)(dai)延接(jie)處(chu)安裝(zhuang)了(le)(le)風(feng)(feng)動(dong)懸臂吊(diao)裝(zhuang)置,通過操作懸臂吊(diao)控制按鈕,將皮帶(dai)(dai)起吊(diao)至H架上(shang)方,再進(jin)行皮帶(dai)(dai)延接(jie),在職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的勞(lao)動(dong)強度(du)降低(di)的同(tong)時,每(mei)次(ci)皮帶(dai)(dai)延接(jie)時間縮短25分鐘(zhong);對(dui)聯(lian)網工(gong)(gong)序進(jin)行優(you)化,引(yin)進(jin)應用(yong)氣動(dong)聯(lian)網機,與手工(gong)(gong)聯(lian)網相比聯(lian)網效率提(ti)高2~3倍。對(dui)皮帶(dai)(dai)機尾清(qing)理(li)環節(jie)進(jin)行革新(xin),加工(gong)(gong)制作了(le)(le)風(feng)(feng)動(dong)清(qing)掃器,實現皮帶(dai)(dai)運(yun)行期(qi)間機尾的安全清(qing)理(li)。另外,我們(men)還根據現場(chang)遇到的問(wen)題制作應用(yong)了(le)(le)膠帶(dai)(dai)背面(mian)掃煤裝(zhuang)置、閘門開關助力扳手、大功率風(feng)(feng)動(dong)預緊力扳手、張緊絞車防咬繩(sheng)裝(zhuang)置、皮帶(dai)(dai)沿線急停纏繞架等,現場(chang)應用(yong)效果都非常(chang)好。
七、注(zhu)重研究應用,進行深部實踐
MB670掘錨護一體機在3下1104運輸巷得到了較好的運用,按照生產接續目前MB670掘錨護一體機正在從3下1104運輸巷撤出,進入3上1308轉(zhuan)載運輸巷安(an)裝使(shi)用,該(gai)掘進(jin)工作(zuo)面埋藏(zang)在(zai)-600米水平以(yi)下(xia),埋藏(zang)較深(shen),也是高(gao)煤(mei)公司2019年重點接(jie)續工作(zuo)面,下(xia)一(yi)步我們(men)將通過掘錨護一(yi)體機(ji)在(zai)深(shen)部掘進(jin)中研究應(ying)用,進(jin)一(yi)步提高(gao)深(shen)部掘進(jin)效(xiao)率,以(yi)應(ying)對采場條件(jian)復雜、萬噸(dun)掘進(jin)率上升問題(ti),發(fa)揮(hui)“人、機(ji)”優勢,保(bao)障采掘接(jie)續平衡有(you)序(xu)。
