該礦堅(jian)持問題導向,刀刃向內,嚴(yan)格管(guan)(guan)(guan)控各類安(an)全風(feng)險。針對(dui)(dui)影(ying)響安(an)全生產(chan)的頂(ding)板、提升運(yun)輸、“一通三防”等(deng)薄(bo)弱(ruo)環節,加大現場監(jian)督(du)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理力度,對(dui)(dui)暴露的苗頭(tou)性、傾向性安(an)全問題,放大分析(xi)(xi)、超前(qian)問責。對(dui)(dui)安(an)全隱患(huan),深層剖析(xi)(xi)、從嚴(yan)追究,堅(jian)決杜(du)絕重大隱患(huan)。同時(shi),嚴(yan)格執行對(dui)(dui)標、對(dui)(dui)規檢查工作制度,安(an)全生產(chan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理人員(yuan)與跟(gen)班安(an)監(jian)員(yuan)執行“雙向溯(su)源(yuan)”考(kao)核(he)機制,對(dui)(dui)查出(chu)的隱患(huan)問題,全程(cheng)跟(gen)蹤落(luo)實(shi)整改,嚴(yan)格閉環管(guan)(guan)(guan)理。

推進“風(feng)險隱患、應(ying)急(ji)處置”的(de)源(yuan)頭治理(li),切實(shi)做到預防(fang)到位(wei)、落實(shi)到位(wei)。該礦持續(xu)推進“全員(yuan)素(su)能(neng)提升(sheng)年”活動(dong),以(yi)結(jie)果為導向(xiang),組(zu)織開展(zhan)有(you)計劃(hua)、有(you)標準、有(you)考核的(de)全員(yuan)素(su)能(neng)提升(sheng)活動(dong),全面(mian)提升(sheng)綜(zong)合素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)。積(ji)極推行溯源(yuan)履職量化考核機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),從掘進源(yuan)頭、采煤工(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)投產(chan)驗收(shou)抓起,建(jian)立(li)現場“網格化”管理(li)機(ji)(ji)制(zhi)。修訂細化各專業安全質(zhi)(zhi)量標準化標準,突出抓好質(zhi)(zhi)量標準化和責(ze)任考核“兩個體系”建(jian)設(she),持之以(yi)恒提高礦井安全生(sheng)產(chan)標準化水平,提升(sheng)管理(li)人員(yuan)的(de)履職能(neng)力。他們(men)還(huan)堅(jian)持“貼近(jin)實(shi)戰、注重實(shi)效”原則,抓好應(ying)急(ji)天氣處置工(gong)作(zuo),嚴(yan)格落實(shi)極端(duan)天氣停(ting)產(chan)撤人、應(ying)急(ji)電源(yuan)管理(li)以(yi)及“三條生(sheng)命線(xian)”建(jian)設(she),牢(lao)牢(lao)掌握礦井安全主動(dong)權(quan)。(劉娟)
