按照山東能源“一提雙優”工作部署,高煤公司加快推進新舊動能轉換,堅持以“費效比”論證保安升級,從安全性、效率性、效益性開展工作,推動綜掘工作面工藝工序變革,以MB670掘錨護一體機引進應用為契機,按照集團公司“定位要高、標準要高、系統要優、技術要精”的要求,在3下1104運輸巷(xiang)沿空送巷(xiang)區段進行了高(gao)效(xiao)快掘一(yi)條線創建,并于3月21日(ri)-4月21日(ri)期間開(kai)展高(gao)效(xiao)快掘創水平活動,在取消夜班的基礎上,創出日(ri)單進23米,總進尺(chi)646米的好(hao)成績,主(zhu)要經驗做法(fa)匯報(bao)如(ru)下(xia)。
一、巷道概況
3下1104運輸巷布置在西十一采區3下煤層中,煤層厚度3.2m~5.0m,平均3.9m,設計長度1624m,煤巖層產狀較穩定,所處地層總體為一單斜構造,走向228°,傾向318°。標高-454.1m~-479.2m,煤巖層傾角最小6°,最大20°,平均13°左右。該巷道兩面采空區下沿空掘進,頂板上覆3上1102工作面采空區,距采空區巖柱厚度為2.0~7.0m,平均4.7m,上幫沿3下1102采空區運輸巷,沿采空區側有4個積水區,預計積水量7622m3,根據3上1102運輸巷、3上1104工作面和3下1102運輸巷等周邊采掘揭露情況,3下1104運輸巷揭露斷層24條;3下1104工作(zuo)面運輸(shu)巷具有沖擊地壓(ya)危險,局部為中級沖擊地壓(ya)危險區域。
二(er)、MB670-1型掘錨機簡介(jie)
我們這(zhe)次引進應用(yong)的MB670-1型(xing)掘(jue)錨(mao)護一體(ti)機(ji)為第三代掘(jue)錨(mao)機(ji),該(gai)機(ji)配備6臺機(ji)載(zai)液壓錨(mao)桿機(ji),其中4臺用(yong)于(yu)(yu)頂板支(zhi)護,2臺用(yong)于(yu)(yu)幫部(bu)(bu)(bu)支(zhi)護,并自帶用(yong)于(yu)(yu)臨時(shi)支(zhi)護的液壓支(zhi)撐架(jia),防塵高壓水(shui)噴霧系統和濕式(shi)除(chu)塵系統。該(gai)機(ji)型(xing)與第二(er)代相(xiang)比具有以下優點,一是截割(ge)部(bu)(bu)(bu)升(sheng)級為可伸(shen)(shen)縮式(shi)截割(ge)部(bu)(bu)(bu),切(qie)割(ge)時(shi)將截割(ge)部(bu)(bu)(bu)伸(shen)(shen)出,切(qie)割(ge)后將伸(shen)(shen)縮部(bu)(bu)(bu)收回,減小(xiao)了(le)截割(ge)部(bu)(bu)(bu)與迎(ying)頭(tou)煤壁(bi)的距離(li),減小(xiao)切(qie)割(ge)后控(kong)(kong)頂距1米,使控(kong)(kong)頂面積縮小(xiao)、實(shi)現了(le)壓力(li)區有效及時(shi)支(zhi)護。二(er)是掘(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)一運(yun)機(ji)頭(tou)卸載(zai)部(bu)(bu)(bu)優化為擺動(dong)式(shi),可左右(you)(you)擺動(dong)36°,拐彎(wan)施(shi)工時(shi)可調整(zheng)一運(yun)角度,實(shi)現拐彎(wan)運(yun)輸,第一代掘(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)全(quan)長(chang)15m,第三代掘(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)全(quan)長(chang)11m,機(ji)身(shen)縮短了(le),拐彎(wan)施(shi)工更(geng)靈(ling)活、適應性更(geng)強。三是爬(pa)坡(po)能(neng)(neng)力(li)強,最大爬(pa)坡(po)能(neng)(neng)力(li)15°,與調研掘(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)型(xing)能(neng)(neng)力(li)提(ti)高50%。四是具有左右(you)(you)平(ping)衡監(jian)測功(gong)能(neng)(neng),當機(ji)體(ti)左右(you)(you)傾(qing)角大于(yu)(yu)±4°時(shi),自動(dong)停機(ji)閉鎖,保障了(le)切(qie)割(ge)質量。
掘錨機采用(yong)無線遙控(kong)實現切(qie)(qie)割作(zuo)業(ye),作(zuo)業(ye)時(shi)操(cao)作(zuo)人員(yuan)在切(qie)(qie)割護板后通過(guo)屏(ping)幕觀察操(cao)作(zuo),全斷(duan)面截(jie)(jie)割、一(yi)次成(cheng)巷,自動控(kong)制(zhi)水(shui)平位(wei)置(zhi)和巷道的(de)截(jie)(jie)割高度,掏槽與截(jie)(jie)割過(guo)程(cheng)實現全自動控(kong)制(zhi),操(cao)作(zuo)人員(yuan)更(geng)安全,在迎頭截(jie)(jie)割時(shi)可以頂幫同(tong)時(shi)進行(xing)錨桿支護作(zuo)業(ye),實現截(jie)(jie)割、裝載(zai)、運輸(shu)和錨護平行(xing)作(zuo)業(ye)。切(qie)(qie)割效率明顯提高,與第二代掘錨機相比,每循(xun)環截(jie)(jie)割時(shi)間由11分鐘縮短至5分鐘,切(qie)(qie)割效率提高54.5%。
三、注重科學論證(zheng),進行“支護變(bian)革”
在支護上(shang)我們(men)聯合中(zhong)國礦業大(da)學進(jin)行(xing)(xing)技術(shu)攻關,根(gen)據巷(xiang)道(dao)空間位置(zhi)關系(xi)、工(gong)程地(di)質特(te)征、地(di)應力分布(bu)(bu)規律及頂(ding)板(ban)巖層(ceng)強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)系(xi)統論(lun)證,在“有效(xiao)承載層(ceng)厚度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)”的頂(ding)板(ban)疊加梁理論(lun)假說基礎上(shang),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了煤巷(xiang)頂(ding)板(ban)疊合巖梁內力、組合巖梁內力計算,對(dui)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)固前后(hou)巖梁內力進(jin)行(xing)(xing)對(dui)比分析,不斷優化支護參數,制定了“高強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)、低密(mi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)”支護技術(shu)方(fang)案。正常情況下頂(ding)板(ban)巖柱厚度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)大(da)于(yu)6米時(shi),頂(ding)幫(bang)(bang)支護采用直(zhi)徑22毫米、長度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)2.8米的細螺紋高強(qiang)螺紋鋼錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿(右旋,Q600),設計扭矩400牛(niu)·米,頂(ding)板(ban)每(mei)(mei)排(pai)(pai)(pai)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)6棵錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿,幫(bang)(bang)部(bu)每(mei)(mei)排(pai)(pai)(pai)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)4棵錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿,頂(ding)部(bu)隔(ge)一(yi)排(pai)(pai)(pai)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)一(yi)排(pai)(pai)(pai)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo),每(mei)(mei)排(pai)(pai)(pai)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)4棵錨(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo),“高強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)、低密(mi)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)”支護方(fang)式較原支護方(fang)式相比,頂(ding)板(ban)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿排(pai)(pai)(pai)距由(you)0.8米增(zeng)加到(dao)(dao)2米,幫(bang)(bang)部(bu)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿排(pai)(pai)(pai)距由(you)0.8米增(zeng)加到(dao)(dao)1米,同(tong)時(shi)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿間距均由(you)0.8米擴大(da)到(dao)(dao)1米,優化后(hou)每(mei)(mei)米巷(xiang)道(dao)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿支護數量由(you)21.25棵減(jian)少到(dao)(dao)11棵,錨(mao)(mao)(mao)桿施工(gong)數量降低48.2%,支護效(xiao)率明顯提高。
當頂(ding)板完整巖(yan)柱(zhu)(zhu)厚度大(da)于(yu)5米小(xiao)于(yu)6米時(shi),在(zai)“正(zheng)常條件(jian)下支(zhi)護(hu)(hu)技(ji)術方案”基礎上(shang),在(zai)每排(pai)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)桿與錨(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo)之間(jian)補(bu)打(da)4根(gen)注漿錨(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)(規格為(wei)Φ22×4500-5500mm);當掘進遇斷層破碎帶時(shi),應(ying)確保頂(ding)板巖(yan)柱(zhu)(zhu)厚度不小(xiao)于(yu)6米,且應(ying)破底(di)掘進施工,并(bing)及時(shi)縮(suo)小(xiao)間(jian)排(pai)距,迎頭(tou)打(da)超前錨(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)桿配合木板梁超前支(zhi)護(hu)(hu),迎頭(tou)后(hou)每排(pai)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)桿與錨(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo)之間(jian)補(bu)打(da)6根(gen)注漿錨(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)(規格為(wei)Φ22×5300mm)加強支(zhi)護(hu)(hu),巖(yan)柱(zhu)(zhu)厚度小(xiao)于(yu)5米時(shi),在(zai)原有(you)支(zhi)護(hu)(hu)的基礎上(shang)加扶可伸縮(suo)“U”型棚加強支(zhi)護(hu)(hu)。
為了驗證“高強度、低密度”支護在3下煤層巷(xiang)(xiang)道(dao)支護(hu)狀態、質量、強度(du)等使(shi)用效果,我們在該(gai)巷(xiang)(xiang)道(dao)布置了礦壓監測站,在錨桿、錨索的(de)末(mo)端分區段(duan)安裝了應力動態監測系統(tong),對頂幫(bang)變(bian)形、錨索張(zhang)緊(jin)力巷(xiang)(xiang)道(dao)圍巖內部裂隙變(bian)化規律進行(xing)監測,掌握(wo)支護(hu)效果,對支護(hu)方式(shi)進行(xing)驗證,確保支護(hu)安全可靠。
四、注重人機匹配,進行(xing)“三個(ge)”優化
為發揮MB670-1型掘錨護一(yi)體機(ji)(ji),切割、支護、運輸(shu)(shu)平行高效(xiao)作業性能,我們(men)綜合施(shi)策(ce),對(dui)運煤流程、輔助運輸(shu)(shu)、勞動組織進(jin)行優化,實現人機(ji)(ji)匹配,煤流、物料雙系統高效(xiao)運輸(shu)(shu)。
(一(yi)(yi)(yi))運(yun)煤流(liu)(liu)(liu)程優化。應用LY2000型(xing)(xing)連(lian)續(xu)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)車(che)與MB670-1型(xing)(xing)掘(jue)錨(mao)護一(yi)(yi)(yi)體(ti)機(ji)(ji)配(pei)(pei)套運(yun)煤,該設(she)備由帶式轉載(zai)(zai)機(ji)(ji)、履(lv)帶式轉載(zai)(zai)破(po)碎(sui)機(ji)(ji)、及剛(gang)性皮帶機(ji)(ji)架組合。平均運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)能力達到800t/h,連(lian)續(xu)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)車(che)前端為3噸接煤緩沖倉,起到煤流(liu)(liu)(liu)匹配(pei)(pei)的作(zuo)用,迎(ying)頭切(qie)割出煤時(shi)緊跟掘(jue)錨(mao)護一(yi)(yi)(yi)體(ti)機(ji)(ji),煤流(liu)(liu)(liu)經(jing)掘(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)一(yi)(yi)(yi)運(yun),連(lian)續(xu)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)車(che)煤緩沖倉煤流(liu)(liu)(liu)經(jing)轉載(zai)(zai)破(po)碎(sui)機(ji)(ji)破(po)碎(sui)、進入帶式轉載(zai)(zai)機(ji)(ji)、膠帶輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送機(ji)(ji),形成(cheng)連(lian)續(xu)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)系統。同時(shi)對煤塊進行破(po)碎(sui),消除了大塊煤矸運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)隱(yin)患和堵倉問題。
同時,結合(he)切割出煤(mei)量,對后路(lu)煤(mei)流運輸(shu)設備進行了同步(bu)優化,配備了永磁(ci)變(bian)頻皮帶(dai)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)裝置,該(gai)裝置由2個132kW永磁(ci)電滾筒和(he)變(bian)頻器(qi)開(kai)關組合(he)而(er)成,替代(dai)了傳(chuan)統的異步(bu)電機、減(jian)速器(qi)、液(ye)力耦合(he)器(qi)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)裝置,實現無齒輪傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong),綜合(he)節能率(lv)比傳(chuan)統驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)系統提高了30%以上,采用變(bian)頻器(qi)控(kong)制啟動(dong)(dong),實現皮帶(dai)機緩(huan)慢勻速起(qi)動(dong)(dong),減(jian)小(xiao)了對電網和(he)機械傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)系統的沖擊,降低了維護量和(he)油耗。
(二)輔(fu)助運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)優化(hua)。在(zai)物料運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)方面,應用(yong)了160P型變頻(pin)無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)繩(sheng)絞(jiao)車(che)、風(feng)動單(dan)軌吊(diao)以(yi)及(ji)物料集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)(xiang),運(yun)(yun)料時(shi),先(xian)將物料裝(zhuang)入集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)(xiang),集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)(xiang)通過無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)繩(sheng)絞(jiao)車(che)運(yun)(yun)至尾(wei)輪處(chu),再使(shi)(shi)用(yong)風(feng)動單(dan)軌吊(diao)吊(diao)至1#運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)車(che)后,直接(jie)供迎頭掘進(jin)使(shi)(shi)用(yong),實(shi)現了物料高(gao)效配送(song)。同(tong)時(shi),為提高(gao)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)的安全性、降(jiang)低運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)成(cheng)本(ben),我(wo)們對無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)繩(sheng)絞(jiao)車(che)進(jin)行升級,安裝(zhuang)了無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)線(xian)視頻(pin)裝(zhuang)置,實(shi)現運(yun)(yun)行過程中(zhong)無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)線(xian)監控,取消(xiao)了跟車(che)人員,同(tong)時(shi)將無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)繩(sheng)絞(jiao)車(che)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)平臺與可(ke)視化(hua)區(qu)域集(ji)控皮(pi)帶機(ji)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)平臺、自動巡檢(jian)(jian)機(ji)器(qi)人監控平臺集(ji)中(zhong)放置,便于操(cao)(cao)作(zuo),實(shi)現無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)繩(sheng)絞(jiao)車(che)司機(ji)、皮(pi)帶司機(ji)、巡檢(jian)(jian)崗(gang)位(wei)“三崗(gang)合一”,每班優化(hua)減員2人。
(三)勞動(dong)組織優(you)化。采取專業(ye)(ye)化管理,從各單(dan)位抽調精英骨(gu)干(gan),成立35人(ren)的(de)專業(ye)(ye)化的(de)隊伍(掘錨隊),實現人(ren)力資源(yuan)共享。結合裝備升(sheng)級,對正規循環作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)圖(tu)表進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)排(pai)查優(you)化,列(lie)出最長工(gong)序時間,科學(xue)匹(pi)配人(ren)員(yuan)、機具,發揮人(ren)機效能(neng)。通過優(you)化,該掘進(jin)(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)在取消夜班的(de)基礎(chu)上,采取“二七一四”制作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)方式(shi),早(zao)班為準備班 (6:00-10:00)集中進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)生(sheng)產準備工(gong)作(zuo),以(yi)滿足掘進(jin)(jin)頭面(mian)延接皮帶、電纜、風水(shui)管路等需求;中班(10:00-17:00)、晚班(17:00-24:00)為生(sheng)產班集中生(sheng)產。嚴格按照集團(tuan)公司“5788”勞動(dong)定員(yuan)要求進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)優(you)化,形(xing)成“一人(ren)多崗(gang)、一崗(gang)多能(neng)”機制,有效提升(sheng)人(ren)力資源(yuan)效能(neng),實現每班作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)不超8人(ren)。同時利用(yong)夜班進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)施工(gong)卸(xie)壓(ya)孔防沖(chong)卸(xie)壓(ya)、布置排(pai)水(shui)設施進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)探放水(shui),避免了探水(shui)、卸(xie)壓(ya)影(ying)響(xiang)生(sheng)產。
五、注重施工標準,進行精(jing)品創建
“初始即(ji)(ji)好,標準(zhun)化(hua)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)”一(yi)直是(shi)我們(men)堅持的(de)原則,掘錨機(ji)新設(she)備的(de)應用,同(tong)樣要(yao)秉持質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)標準(zhun)化(hua)不放(fang)(fang)松,為此我們(men)一(yi)是(shi)突(tu)出(chu)(chu)巷(xiang)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)直線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性。安(an)裝(zhuang)了兩(liang)臺準(zhun)直激光儀(yi),分別布置在(zai)(zai)巷(xiang)道(dao)兩(liang)肩窩處,能夠及時(shi)發現偏差進(jin)行(xing)糾正,確(que)保了迎(ying)頭走向的(de)直線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性;二是(shi)突(tu)出(chu)(chu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)內(nei)在(zai)(zai)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li),錨桿、錨索、聯網施(shi)工(gong)(gong)每班明(ming)確(que)責任到人,以專用工(gong)(gong)具(ju)(ju)檢測數據,倒查責任追究(jiu),促(cu)進(jin)內(nei)在(zai)(zai)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)提高;三是(shi)突(tu)出(chu)(chu)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收環節(jie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong),實施(shi)“三保險”驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收考核模(mo)式,即(ji)(ji):工(gong)(gong)長跟班驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收過程,安(an)監員(兼職驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收員)交(jiao)接(jie)班驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收結果(guo),工(gong)(gong)區管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)人員隨機(ji)取點抽驗(yan)(yan)(yan);四(si)是(shi)突(tu)出(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li),拉線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)定(ding)(ding)位作業(ye),錨桿、錨索布置一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),電纜吊(diao)掛(gua)一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),風(feng)(feng)筒(tong)吊(diao)掛(gua)一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),風(feng)(feng)水管(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)敷(fu)設(she)一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),軌(gui)道(dao)敷(fu)設(she)一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),皮帶(dai)敷(fu)設(she)一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),移動料場碼(ma)放(fang)(fang)一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),鉆具(ju)(ju)、工(gong)(gong)具(ju)(ju)放(fang)(fang)置一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);五是(shi)突(tu)出(chu)(chu)防(fang)沖(chong)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li),統一(yi)加工(gong)(gong)應用了管(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)防(fang)沖(chong)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)架、防(fang)沖(chong)型(xing)電纜鉤、防(fang)沖(chong)物(wu)料架、防(fang)沖(chong)開(kai)關(guan)架,并(bing)利用修復(fu)的(de)舊錨桿進(jin)行(xing)固(gu)定(ding)(ding),在(zai)(zai)利舊降本的(de)同(tong)時(shi)提高了防(fang)沖(chong)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)(liang),僅此一(yi)項(xiang)一(yi)個工(gong)(gong)作面就(jiu)可節(jie)約(yue)成本10.5萬元。
六、注(zhu)重工序環節,進(jin)行“五小”創新(xin)
為提高(gao)(gao)掘進(jin)生產效率(lv),我們堅持(chi)以(yi)施(shi)工(gong)環境創建為基礎(chu),對施(shi)工(gong)過程中(zhong)每道工(gong)序、環節進(jin)行研究,集(ji)思廣益(yi)、創新變革(ge),推(tui)廣應用了(le)許多實用的小改小革(ge)項(xiang)目,更好的推(tui)進(jin)了(le)安全高(gao)(gao)效掘進(jin)。
創(chuang)新優(you)化取(qu)油(you)環節,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)油(you)桶專用(yong)(yong)取(qu)油(you)裝置(zhi),降低取(qu)油(you)職工(gong)(gong)勞動(dong)強(qiang)度(du),實現(xian)(xian)容量200L油(you)桶1人安全(quan)取(qu)油(you)操作(zuo);對(dui)皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)延(yan)接環節進(jin)行優(you)化,我們在皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)延(yan)接處安裝了(le)風(feng)(feng)動(dong)懸(xuan)臂(bei)吊裝置(zhi),通過操作(zuo)懸(xuan)臂(bei)吊控制按鈕(niu),將(jiang)皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)起(qi)吊至H架上方(fang),再進(jin)行皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)延(yan)接,在職工(gong)(gong)的(de)勞動(dong)強(qiang)度(du)降低的(de)同(tong)時,每次(ci)皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)延(yan)接時間(jian)縮(suo)短25分(fen)鐘;對(dui)聯網工(gong)(gong)序進(jin)行優(you)化,引進(jin)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)氣動(dong)聯網機,與(yu)手工(gong)(gong)聯網相比聯網效率提高2~3倍。對(dui)皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)機尾清理(li)環節進(jin)行革新,加工(gong)(gong)制作(zuo)了(le)風(feng)(feng)動(dong)清掃器,實現(xian)(xian)皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)運行期(qi)間(jian)機尾的(de)安全(quan)清理(li)。另外(wai),我們還(huan)根(gen)據(ju)現(xian)(xian)場(chang)遇到的(de)問題制作(zuo)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)了(le)膠帶(dai)(dai)背(bei)面(mian)掃煤裝置(zhi)、閘門(men)開關助力扳(ban)(ban)手、大功率風(feng)(feng)動(dong)預緊力扳(ban)(ban)手、張緊絞(jiao)車防(fang)咬繩裝置(zhi)、皮(pi)(pi)(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)沿線急停纏繞架等(deng),現(xian)(xian)場(chang)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)效果都非常好。
七、注重研究(jiu)應用(yong),進(jin)行深(shen)部實踐
MB670掘錨護一體機在3下1104運輸巷得到了較好的運用,按照生產接續目前MB670掘錨護一體機正在從3下1104運輸巷撤出,進入3上1308轉載(zai)運(yun)輸巷安裝使用(yong),該(gai)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)工作面埋藏(zang)(zang)在-600米水(shui)平以(yi)(yi)下(xia),埋藏(zang)(zang)較深,也是高煤公(gong)司2019年重點接(jie)續工作面,下(xia)一步我們將通過掘(jue)錨護一體機在深部掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)中研究應(ying)用(yong),進(jin)(jin)一步提高深部掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)效率,以(yi)(yi)應(ying)對采(cai)場條件復雜(za)、萬噸掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)率上升問題,發(fa)揮“人、機”優勢,保(bao)障采(cai)掘(jue)接(jie)續平衡(heng)有序。
