棗礦集團高莊煤業:加快“一提雙優”建設步伐 助推礦井高質量發展
以MB670掘錨護一體機應用 創建高效快速掘進工作面

按照山東能源“一提雙優”工作部署,高煤公司加快推進新舊動能轉換,堅持以“費效比”論證保安升級,從安全性、效率性、效益性開展工作,推動綜掘工作面工藝工序變革,以MB670掘錨護一體機引進應用為契機,按照集團公司“定位要高、標準要高、系統要優、技術要精”的要求,在31104運輸巷(xiang)沿(yan)空送巷(xiang)區段進行了高效快掘一條線創建(jian),并于(yu)3月(yue)(yue)21日(ri)-4月(yue)(yue)21日(ri)期間開展(zhan)高效快掘創水(shui)平活動,在取消夜班的基礎上,創出(chu)日(ri)單進23米,總(zong)進尺(chi)646米的好成績(ji),主要經驗(yan)做法匯(hui)報如下。

一、巷道概況

31104運輸巷布置在西十一采區3煤層中,煤層厚度3.2m~5.0m,平均3.9m,設計長度1624m,煤巖層產狀較穩定,所處地層總體為一單斜構造,走向228°,傾向318°。標高-454.1m~-479.2m,煤巖層傾角最小6°,最大20°,平均13°左右。該巷道兩面采空區下沿空掘進,頂板上覆31102工作面采空區,距采空區巖柱厚度為2.0~7.0m,平均4.7m,上幫沿31102采空區運輸巷,沿采空區側有4個積水區,預計積水量7622m3,根據31102運輸巷、31104工作面和31102運輸巷等周邊采掘揭露情況,31104運輸巷揭露斷層24條;31104工作面運(yun)輸巷具有(you)沖擊(ji)地(di)壓危(wei)險(xian),局部為(wei)中級(ji)沖擊(ji)地(di)壓危(wei)險(xian)區域。

二、MB670-1型掘錨(mao)機(ji)簡介

我們這(zhe)次(ci)引進應用(yong)(yong)的MB670-1型(xing)掘(jue)(jue)(jue)錨(mao)護(hu)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)為第三代(dai)掘(jue)(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),該機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)配備6臺(tai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)載(zai)(zai)液壓錨(mao)桿機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),其中(zhong)4臺(tai)用(yong)(yong)于頂板支(zhi)護(hu),2臺(tai)用(yong)(yong)于幫部(bu)(bu)支(zhi)護(hu),并自帶用(yong)(yong)于臨(lin)時(shi)支(zhi)護(hu)的液壓支(zhi)撐架,防塵高壓水噴霧系統和濕式(shi)除(chu)塵系統。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)型(xing)與(yu)第二代(dai)相比具有(you)以下(xia)優點,一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)截割(ge)部(bu)(bu)升級為可伸(shen)縮式(shi)截割(ge)部(bu)(bu),切割(ge)時(shi)將截割(ge)部(bu)(bu)伸(shen)出,切割(ge)后(hou)將伸(shen)縮部(bu)(bu)收回,減小(xiao)了(le)(le)(le)截割(ge)部(bu)(bu)與(yu)迎頭煤壁的距離,減小(xiao)切割(ge)后(hou)控頂距1米,使控頂面積(ji)縮小(xiao)、實(shi)現(xian)(xian)了(le)(le)(le)壓力區有(you)效及時(shi)支(zhi)護(hu)。二是(shi)(shi)掘(jue)(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)一(yi)(yi)運機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頭卸載(zai)(zai)部(bu)(bu)優化為擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)式(shi),可左(zuo)右(you)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)36°,拐(guai)(guai)彎(wan)(wan)施(shi)工時(shi)可調整(zheng)一(yi)(yi)運角(jiao)度(du),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)拐(guai)(guai)彎(wan)(wan)運輸,第一(yi)(yi)代(dai)掘(jue)(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)全(quan)長15m,第三代(dai)掘(jue)(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)全(quan)長11m,機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身縮短了(le)(le)(le),拐(guai)(guai)彎(wan)(wan)施(shi)工更靈活、適應性更強(qiang)。三是(shi)(shi)爬坡能(neng)力強(qiang),最大爬坡能(neng)力15°,與(yu)調研掘(jue)(jue)(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)型(xing)能(neng)力提高50%。四是(shi)(shi)具有(you)左(zuo)右(you)平衡監測(ce)功能(neng),當機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)左(zuo)右(you)傾角(jiao)大于±4°時(shi),自動(dong)(dong)停(ting)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)閉鎖,保障了(le)(le)(le)切割(ge)質(zhi)量。

掘錨機采用無線遙(yao)控(kong)實(shi)現(xian)切(qie)(qie)割作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye),作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)時(shi)(shi)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)人員在切(qie)(qie)割護板后(hou)通過(guo)屏幕觀(guan)察操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo),全(quan)斷面(mian)截(jie)(jie)割、一次成巷,自(zi)動控(kong)制水(shui)平位置和(he)巷道的截(jie)(jie)割高(gao)度,掏槽與(yu)截(jie)(jie)割過(guo)程實(shi)現(xian)全(quan)自(zi)動控(kong)制,操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)人員更安全(quan),在迎頭截(jie)(jie)割時(shi)(shi)可以頂幫同時(shi)(shi)進行錨桿支護作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye),實(shi)現(xian)截(jie)(jie)割、裝(zhuang)載、運輸和(he)錨護平行作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)。切(qie)(qie)割效率(lv)(lv)明顯提高(gao),與(yu)第(di)二代掘錨機相比,每循環截(jie)(jie)割時(shi)(shi)間由11分(fen)鐘(zhong)縮短至(zhi)5分(fen)鐘(zhong),切(qie)(qie)割效率(lv)(lv)提高(gao)54.5%。

三(san)、注(zhu)重科學論證,進行(xing)“支護變革”

在(zai)支護(hu)上我們聯合中國(guo)礦業大學進(jin)行(xing)技術(shu)攻(gong)關,根(gen)據巷道空間位置關系(xi)、工程地質特征(zheng)、地應(ying)力分布規律及頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)板(ban)(ban)巖(yan)層(ceng)強(qiang)度(du)(du)進(jin)行(xing)系(xi)統(tong)論證,在(zai)“有效承載層(ceng)厚度(du)(du)”的頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)板(ban)(ban)疊(die)加梁(liang)(liang)理論假說基(ji)礎上,進(jin)行(xing)了煤(mei)巷頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)板(ban)(ban)疊(die)合巖(yan)梁(liang)(liang)內(nei)力、組合巖(yan)梁(liang)(liang)內(nei)力計(ji)算,對(dui)錨(mao)固前后巖(yan)梁(liang)(liang)內(nei)力進(jin)行(xing)對(dui)比分析,不斷優化支護(hu)參(can)數(shu)(shu)(shu),制定了“高強(qiang)度(du)(du)、低(di)密度(du)(du)”支護(hu)技術(shu)方案(an)。正(zheng)常情(qing)況下頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)板(ban)(ban)巖(yan)柱厚度(du)(du)大于6米(mi)時,頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)幫(bang)(bang)支護(hu)采(cai)用直徑22毫米(mi)、長度(du)(du)2.8米(mi)的細螺(luo)紋(wen)高強(qiang)螺(luo)紋(wen)鋼(gang)錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)(右(you)旋,Q600),設計(ji)扭矩400牛·米(mi),頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)板(ban)(ban)每排布置6棵(ke)錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan),幫(bang)(bang)部每排布置4棵(ke)錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan),頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)部隔一(yi)排錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)布置一(yi)排錨(mao)索,每排布置4棵(ke)錨(mao)索,“高強(qiang)度(du)(du)、低(di)密度(du)(du)”支護(hu)方式較原支護(hu)方式相比,頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)板(ban)(ban)錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)排距(ju)由(you)(you)(you)0.8米(mi)增加到2米(mi),幫(bang)(bang)部錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)排距(ju)由(you)(you)(you)0.8米(mi)增加到1米(mi),同(tong)時錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)間距(ju)均由(you)(you)(you)0.8米(mi)擴大到1米(mi),優化后每米(mi)巷道錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)支護(hu)數(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)由(you)(you)(you)21.25棵(ke)減(jian)少到11棵(ke),錨(mao)桿(gan)(gan)施(shi)工數(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)降低(di)48.2%,支護(hu)效率明顯提(ti)高。

當(dang)(dang)頂(ding)板(ban)完整巖(yan)柱(zhu)(zhu)厚(hou)度大于(yu)5米小(xiao)于(yu)6米時(shi)(shi),在“正常條件下支(zhi)(zhi)護技術方案”基(ji)礎上(shang),在每排(pai)錨(mao)桿與錨(mao)索之間(jian)補打4根注漿錨(mao)(規格為Φ22×4500-5500mm);當(dang)(dang)掘(jue)進遇斷層破(po)碎帶(dai)時(shi)(shi),應(ying)確保頂(ding)板(ban)巖(yan)柱(zhu)(zhu)厚(hou)度不小(xiao)于(yu)6米,且應(ying)破(po)底(di)掘(jue)進施工,并(bing)及時(shi)(shi)縮小(xiao)間(jian)排(pai)距,迎(ying)頭打超前(qian)錨(mao)桿配(pei)合(he)木板(ban)梁超前(qian)支(zhi)(zhi)護,迎(ying)頭后每排(pai)錨(mao)桿與錨(mao)索之間(jian)補打6根注漿錨(mao)(規格為Φ22×5300mm)加強支(zhi)(zhi)護,巖(yan)柱(zhu)(zhu)厚(hou)度小(xiao)于(yu)5米時(shi)(shi),在原有支(zhi)(zhi)護的基(ji)礎上(shang)加扶可(ke)伸縮“U”型棚加強支(zhi)(zhi)護。

為了驗證“高強度、低密度”支護在3煤層巷道(dao)支護狀態、質(zhi)量、強度等使(shi)用效(xiao)果(guo),我們(men)在該(gai)巷道(dao)布置(zhi)了礦壓監測站(zhan),在錨桿、錨索(suo)的(de)末端分區段安裝了應力動態監測系統,對頂幫變(bian)形(xing)、錨索(suo)張緊力巷道(dao)圍(wei)巖(yan)內(nei)部裂隙(xi)變(bian)化規律進行(xing)監測,掌握(wo)支護效(xiao)果(guo),對支護方式進行(xing)驗證,確保支護安全可靠。

四、注重人機匹(pi)配,進行“三個”優化(hua)

為發(fa)揮MB670-1型掘錨護(hu)一體機,切(qie)割、支(zhi)護(hu)、運(yun)輸平行(xing)高效作業性能(neng),我們綜(zong)合(he)施策(ce),對(dui)運(yun)煤流(liu)程、輔助(zhu)運(yun)輸、勞動組(zu)織進行(xing)優化,實(shi)現人機匹配,煤流(liu)、物料雙系統(tong)高效運(yun)輸。

(一)運(yun)煤(mei)(mei)流程(cheng)優化。應用(yong)LY2000型(xing)連(lian)(lian)續(xu)運(yun)輸(shu)車(che)與(yu)MB670-1型(xing)掘(jue)錨(mao)護一體機(ji)(ji)(ji)配套運(yun)煤(mei)(mei),該設備由帶(dai)式轉(zhuan)載(zai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、履帶(dai)式轉(zhuan)載(zai)破(po)碎(sui)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、及剛性皮(pi)帶(dai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia)組合。平均運(yun)輸(shu)能力達(da)到(dao)800t/h,連(lian)(lian)續(xu)運(yun)輸(shu)車(che)前端為3噸接煤(mei)(mei)緩(huan)沖倉(cang),起到(dao)煤(mei)(mei)流匹配的作用(yong),迎頭切割出煤(mei)(mei)時(shi)緊跟掘(jue)錨(mao)護一體機(ji)(ji)(ji),煤(mei)(mei)流經掘(jue)錨(mao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)一運(yun),連(lian)(lian)續(xu)運(yun)輸(shu)車(che)煤(mei)(mei)緩(huan)沖倉(cang)煤(mei)(mei)流經轉(zhuan)載(zai)破(po)碎(sui)機(ji)(ji)(ji)破(po)碎(sui)、進(jin)入帶(dai)式轉(zhuan)載(zai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、膠帶(dai)輸(shu)送機(ji)(ji)(ji),形成連(lian)(lian)續(xu)運(yun)輸(shu)系統。同時(shi)對(dui)煤(mei)(mei)塊(kuai)進(jin)行破(po)碎(sui),消除了大塊(kuai)煤(mei)(mei)矸(gan)運(yun)輸(shu)隱患和(he)堵倉(cang)問題。

同(tong)時,結(jie)合切割出煤量(liang),對(dui)后(hou)路(lu)煤流運輸設備(bei)進行了同(tong)步優化(hua),配備(bei)了永(yong)磁變頻(pin)皮(pi)帶驅動裝置(zhi)(zhi),該裝置(zhi)(zhi)由2個132kW永(yong)磁電(dian)滾筒和變頻(pin)器開(kai)關組(zu)合而成,替代了傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)異步電(dian)機(ji)、減速(su)器、液(ye)力耦合器驅動裝置(zhi)(zhi),實現無齒輪傳(chuan)動,綜合節(jie)能率比傳(chuan)統(tong)驅動系統(tong)提高了30%以上(shang),采(cai)用變頻(pin)器控制啟動,實現皮(pi)帶機(ji)緩慢勻速(su)起動,減小了對(dui)電(dian)網(wang)和機(ji)械(xie)傳(chuan)動系統(tong)的(de)沖擊,降低了維護量(liang)和油耗。

(二)輔助運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)優化(hua)。在物料運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)方面(mian),應用(yong)了(le)160P型變頻無(wu)極(ji)(ji)繩(sheng)絞(jiao)(jiao)車(che)(che)(che)、風動單軌吊以及物料集(ji)(ji)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang),運(yun)(yun)料時,先將(jiang)物料裝(zhuang)入集(ji)(ji)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang),集(ji)(ji)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)通過(guo)無(wu)極(ji)(ji)繩(sheng)絞(jiao)(jiao)車(che)(che)(che)運(yun)(yun)至尾輪處,再(zai)使用(yong)風動單軌吊吊至1#運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)車(che)(che)(che)后,直接(jie)供迎頭掘(jue)進使用(yong),實(shi)現了(le)物料高效配送。同時,為提高運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)的(de)安(an)全(quan)性(xing)、降低(di)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)(shu)成本,我們對無(wu)極(ji)(ji)繩(sheng)絞(jiao)(jiao)車(che)(che)(che)進行升級,安(an)裝(zhuang)了(le)無(wu)線視頻裝(zhuang)置(zhi),實(shi)現運(yun)(yun)行過(guo)程中(zhong)無(wu)線監控,取消(xiao)了(le)跟車(che)(che)(che)人(ren)員(yuan),同時將(jiang)無(wu)極(ji)(ji)繩(sheng)絞(jiao)(jiao)車(che)(che)(che)操作平(ping)臺與可視化(hua)區域集(ji)(ji)控皮帶機(ji)(ji)操作平(ping)臺、自動巡檢機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)監控平(ping)臺集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)放(fang)置(zhi),便于操作,實(shi)現無(wu)極(ji)(ji)繩(sheng)絞(jiao)(jiao)車(che)(che)(che)司機(ji)(ji)、皮帶司機(ji)(ji)、巡檢崗(gang)位“三崗(gang)合一(yi)”,每班優化(hua)減員(yuan)2人(ren)。

(三)勞動組織(zhi)優(you)化。采取(qu)專業(ye)化管(guan)理,從各單位抽調精英骨干,成(cheng)立(li)35人(ren)的專業(ye)化的隊伍(掘(jue)錨(mao)隊),實現人(ren)力資(zi)源(yuan)共享。結合裝備(bei)升級,對正規循環作(zuo)業(ye)圖表進行(xing)(xing)排查優(you)化,列出最長工(gong)序時(shi)間,科學匹(pi)配人(ren)員(yuan)、機(ji)(ji)具,發揮人(ren)機(ji)(ji)效(xiao)能(neng)。通過優(you)化,該掘(jue)進工(gong)作(zuo)面在取(qu)消夜班(ban)的基(ji)礎(chu)上,采取(qu)“二七(qi)一四”制作(zuo)業(ye)方式,早班(ban)為(wei)準(zhun)備(bei)班(ban) (6:00-10:00)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)進行(xing)(xing)生(sheng)產準(zhun)備(bei)工(gong)作(zuo),以滿足掘(jue)進頭面延接皮帶、電纜、風水(shui)管(guan)路(lu)等需求(qiu);中(zhong)(zhong)班(ban)(10:00-17:00)、晚班(ban)(17:00-24:00)為(wei)生(sheng)產班(ban)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)產。嚴(yan)格按照(zhao)集(ji)團(tuan)公司(si)“5788”勞動定員(yuan)要求(qiu)進行(xing)(xing)優(you)化,形成(cheng)“一人(ren)多(duo)崗(gang)、一崗(gang)多(duo)能(neng)”機(ji)(ji)制,有(you)效(xiao)提升人(ren)力資(zi)源(yuan)效(xiao)能(neng),實現每班(ban)作(zuo)業(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)不超(chao)8人(ren)。同時(shi)利用(yong)夜班(ban)進行(xing)(xing)施(shi)工(gong)卸(xie)壓(ya)孔(kong)防沖卸(xie)壓(ya)、布置排水(shui)設施(shi)進行(xing)(xing)探(tan)放水(shui),避免了探(tan)水(shui)、卸(xie)壓(ya)影響(xiang)生(sheng)產。

五、注重施工(gong)標準,進行精(jing)品創(chuang)建

“初(chu)始即(ji)好,標準化(hua)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)”一(yi)(yi)直是(shi)(shi)(shi)我(wo)們(men)堅持(chi)的(de)(de)原(yuan)則,掘錨(mao)機(ji)新設備的(de)(de)應用(yong),同(tong)樣要秉持(chi)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)標準化(hua)不放松,為此我(wo)們(men)一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)突(tu)出巷道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)直線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)。安裝了(le)兩(liang)臺準直激光儀,分別布置(zhi)在(zai)巷道(dao)兩(liang)肩窩處,能(neng)夠(gou)及(ji)時發現偏差進(jin)行(xing)糾正,確保(bao)(bao)了(le)迎(ying)頭(tou)走向的(de)(de)直線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing);二是(shi)(shi)(shi)突(tu)出施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)內在(zai)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)管(guan)理(li),錨(mao)桿(gan)、錨(mao)索(suo)、聯網(wang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)每班(ban)明(ming)確責(ze)任到人(ren),以專(zhuan)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)檢測數據,倒查責(ze)任追究,促(cu)進(jin)內在(zai)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)提高(gao);三是(shi)(shi)(shi)突(tu)出驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)環節管(guan)控,實施(shi)“三保(bao)(bao)險”驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)考核(he)模式,即(ji):工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)長(chang)跟班(ban)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)過程,安監員(兼(jian)職(zhi)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)員)交接班(ban)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)結果,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員隨機(ji)取點抽驗(yan)(yan);四是(shi)(shi)(shi)突(tu)出線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)管(guan)理(li),拉線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)定(ding)位作業,錨(mao)桿(gan)、錨(mao)索(suo)布置(zhi)一(yi)(yi)條(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),電纜(lan)吊掛(gua)一(yi)(yi)條(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),風筒吊掛(gua)一(yi)(yi)條(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),風水管(guan)路(lu)敷(fu)設一(yi)(yi)條(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),軌道(dao)敷(fu)設一(yi)(yi)條(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),皮帶敷(fu)設一(yi)(yi)條(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),移動料(liao)場碼放一(yi)(yi)條(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),鉆具(ju)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)放置(zhi)一(yi)(yi)條(tiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);五(wu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)突(tu)出防(fang)沖(chong)固(gu)定(ding)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)管(guan)理(li),統一(yi)(yi)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)應用(yong)了(le)管(guan)路(lu)防(fang)沖(chong)固(gu)定(ding)架、防(fang)沖(chong)型電纜(lan)鉤、防(fang)沖(chong)物料(liao)架、防(fang)沖(chong)開關(guan)架,并利(li)用(yong)修復的(de)(de)舊錨(mao)桿(gan)進(jin)行(xing)固(gu)定(ding),在(zai)利(li)舊降本(ben)的(de)(de)同(tong)時提高(gao)了(le)防(fang)沖(chong)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang),僅此一(yi)(yi)項一(yi)(yi)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作面就可節約成本(ben)10.5萬元。

六、注重工(gong)序環節,進行(xing)“五(wu)小”創(chuang)新

為提高掘(jue)進(jin)生產效(xiao)率,我們(men)堅(jian)持以施(shi)工環(huan)境創建為基(ji)礎,對施(shi)工過(guo)程中每道工序、環(huan)節進(jin)行研究,集思廣(guang)(guang)益、創新變革,推廣(guang)(guang)應用了(le)許多實用的小改小革項目(mu),更好的推進(jin)了(le)安全高效(xiao)掘(jue)進(jin)。

創新優(you)化(hua)取油(you)(you)環節,應(ying)(ying)用(yong)油(you)(you)桶專用(yong)取油(you)(you)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),降(jiang)低取油(you)(you)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)勞動(dong)強度,實(shi)現容量200L油(you)(you)桶1人安(an)(an)全取油(you)(you)操作(zuo)(zuo);對(dui)皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)延(yan)接環節進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)優(you)化(hua),我(wo)們(men)在皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)延(yan)接處安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)了風動(dong)懸臂吊(diao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),通過操作(zuo)(zuo)懸臂吊(diao)控制(zhi)(zhi)按(an)鈕,將(jiang)皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)起吊(diao)至H架(jia)上方,再進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)延(yan)接,在職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)勞動(dong)強度降(jiang)低的(de)(de)(de)同時,每次皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)延(yan)接時間縮短(duan)25分鐘;對(dui)聯網(wang)(wang)工(gong)序進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)優(you)化(hua),引進(jin)(jin)(jin)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)氣動(dong)聯網(wang)(wang)機,與手工(gong)聯網(wang)(wang)相比聯網(wang)(wang)效率(lv)提高2~3倍(bei)。對(dui)皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)機尾清理環節進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)革新,加工(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)了風動(dong)清掃器,實(shi)現皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)期間機尾的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全清理。另(ling)外(wai),我(wo)們(men)還根據(ju)現場(chang)遇到的(de)(de)(de)問題(ti)制(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)了膠(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)背面(mian)掃煤裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、閘門開關助(zhu)力扳手、大功(gong)率(lv)風動(dong)預緊(jin)(jin)力扳手、張(zhang)緊(jin)(jin)絞(jiao)車防咬繩裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)沿線急停纏繞架(jia)等,現場(chang)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)效果都(dou)非(fei)常好。

七、注重研究應用,進行深(shen)部(bu)實踐

MB670掘錨護一體機在31104運輸巷得到了較好的運用,按照生產接續目前MB670掘錨護一體機正在從31104運輸巷撤出,進入31308轉載運輸巷安裝使用(yong),該(gai)掘進(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)面埋藏在(zai)-600米水平(ping)以下,埋藏較(jiao)深,也是高(gao)煤公司2019年(nian)重點接續工(gong)作(zuo)面,下一步(bu)我們將(jiang)通過掘錨護一體機(ji)在(zai)深部掘進(jin)中研究應(ying)(ying)用(yong),進(jin)一步(bu)提高(gao)深部掘進(jin)效率(lv),以應(ying)(ying)對采(cai)場(chang)條(tiao)件復雜、萬(wan)噸掘進(jin)率(lv)上(shang)升問題,發揮“人、機(ji)”優勢(shi),保障(zhang)采(cai)掘接續平(ping)衡(heng)有(you)序。
