山(shan)能(neng)訊 臨礦集團邱(qiu)集礦將(jiang)“快(kuai)速(su)(su)掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)”作為全(quan)年38項重點任(ren)務之一,快(kuai)掘(jue)(jue)9隊施(shi)工的1111膠帶順(shun)槽(cao)5月(yue)份實現進(jin)尺519.5米(mi),環比一季(ji)度提(ti)高33.2%,快(kuai)速(su)(su)掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)進(jin)入“5月(yue)加速(su)(su)度”。
該礦(kuang)生(sheng)產(chan)業務科(ke)室人員(yuan)堅(jian)持(chi)深入井下(xia)跟班寫實,從每道工(gong)序、每個環節入手(shou),尋(xun)找制約快(kuai)速(su)掘(jue)(jue)進的(de)因素和難點(dian),不斷改進生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)藝,縮減設備影響(xiang)時間。優化(hua)了“綜掘(jue)(jue)機+膠帶輸(shu)送機運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)+梭式礦(kuang)車”快(kuai)速(su)掘(jue)(jue)進作業線,改進了1111膠帶順槽吊掛式二運(yun)(yun)皮帶運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)方式,減少(shao)煤矸落地(di),節省卸載點(dian)清(qing)理浮煤人員(yuan)。
該礦嚴把(ba)“一(yi)次成巷”施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量(liang)(liang)。按照“一(yi)次成巷,不再修(xiu)復(fu)”的質量(liang)(liang)理念(nian),嚴把(ba)正規(gui)循環作業關。從交接(jie)班入(ru)手,對設備檢查、隱患處理、截(jie)割出(chu)矸(gan)、臨時(shi)(shi)支(zhi)護、永(yong)久(jiu)支(zhi)護等(deng)各環節做到“上(shang)道(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)為下道(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)服務,下道(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)給(gei)上(shang)道(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)下達指令”,各工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)環環相(xiang)扣、承上(shang)啟下,保持質量(liang)(liang)標準動態達標,杜絕了返工(gong)(gong)(gong)和無用工(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)象,使施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度“全要素”緊湊高效。
該礦細化推(tui)進(jin)全(quan)(quan)員設備(bei)(bei)保(bao)全(quan)(quan),快掘(jue)9隊從設備(bei)(bei)定置(zhi)定責入手,對崗位工、機(ji)修(xiu)工、電工實行(xing)“全(quan)(quan)員設備(bei)(bei)保(bao)全(quan)(quan)”,人機(ji)匹配(pei),為綜(zong)掘(jue)設備(bei)(bei)“落(luo)戶(hu)口(kou)”。每日對掘(jue)進(jin)機(ji)、膠帶運輸機(ji)、錨索(suo)鉆機(ji)、開關等設備(bei)(bei)進(jin)行(xing)精心養護,隨(sui)時(shi)了(le)解(jie)設備(bei)(bei)的(de)“身體情況”,做到設備(bei)(bei)的(de)每一處(chu)小毛病(bing)都有跡可查,及時(shi)發現并精準處(chu)理突發性故障(zhang),保(bao)證設備(bei)(bei)的(de)安全(quan)(quan)穩定運行(xing),連續兩個(ge)月實現了(le)設備(bei)(bei)故障(zhang)“零”影響(xiang)。
該礦從(cong)考(kao)核(he)激勵(li)上提升(sheng)“內動力”,緊(jin)盯“快速掘(jue)(jue)進”目標任(ren)務(wu),設(she)置階(jie)梯式(shi)獎勵(li)政策,將生產任(ren)務(wu)細化分解到(dao)每(mei)(mei)個(ge)班(ban)(ban)組(zu),做到(dao)每(mei)(mei)班(ban)(ban)“一調(diao)度、一通報、一考(kao)核(he)”。季度內完成(cheng)目標任(ren)務(wu)最高獎勵(li)10萬(wan)元,綜掘(jue)(jue)機司機最高獎勵(li)2萬(wan)元,輔助(zhu)運輸(shu)隊伍最高獎勵(li)3萬(wan)元,從(cong)薪酬分配上調(diao)動了職(zhi)工“快掘(jue)(jue)快進”的積極性。
