該礦(kuang)生產(chan)業務科室人(ren)員(yuan)堅持深入井(jing)下(xia)跟班寫實,從每道工(gong)(gong)序、每個(ge)環(huan)節入手,尋找制約(yue)快速掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)的(de)因素(su)和難點(dian),不(bu)斷改(gai)進(jin)(jin)生產(chan)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),縮減設備影響時(shi)間。優(you)化了(le)“綜掘(jue)機(ji)+膠帶輸(shu)送機(ji)運輸(shu)+梭式礦(kuang)車”快速掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)作業線(xian),改(gai)進(jin)(jin)了(le)1111膠帶順槽吊掛(gua)式二運皮帶運輸(shu)方(fang)式,減少煤(mei)矸落(luo)地,節省(sheng)卸(xie)載點(dian)清理浮煤(mei)人(ren)員(yuan)。
該礦嚴把“一(yi)次成(cheng)巷(xiang)”施工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量。按照“一(yi)次成(cheng)巷(xiang),不(bu)再修復(fu)”的(de)質量理念,嚴把正規循環(huan)作業關。從交(jiao)接班入手,對設備檢查、隱患處理、截割出矸、臨時支(zhi)護(hu)、永(yong)久支(zhi)護(hu)等(deng)各環(huan)節做到(dao)“上(shang)道(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)為下道(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)服務(wu),下道(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)給上(shang)道(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)下達指令”,各工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)環(huan)環(huan)相扣、承上(shang)啟下,保持質量標(biao)(biao)準動態(tai)達標(biao)(biao),杜絕了返工(gong)(gong)(gong)和無用工(gong)(gong)(gong)現象,使施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)、施工(gong)(gong)(gong)時間、施工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度(du)“全(quan)要素”緊湊(cou)高效(xiao)。
該礦細化推進(jin)全(quan)(quan)(quan)員設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)保全(quan)(quan)(quan),快掘(jue)(jue)9隊從設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)定(ding)置定(ding)責入手,對崗位工、機修工、電工實行(xing)(xing)“全(quan)(quan)(quan)員設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)保全(quan)(quan)(quan)”,人(ren)機匹配,為綜掘(jue)(jue)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)“落戶口(kou)”。每日對掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)機、膠(jiao)帶運輸機、錨索(suo)鉆機、開(kai)關等設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)精(jing)心(xin)養護,隨(sui)時了(le)解設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)“身體情況(kuang)”,做到設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)每一處(chu)小(xiao)毛病都(dou)有跡可查,及(ji)時發(fa)(fa)現并精(jing)準處(chu)理突(tu)發(fa)(fa)性故(gu)障(zhang),保證設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)穩定(ding)運行(xing)(xing),連續兩個月實現了(le)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(bei)故(gu)障(zhang)“零”影響。
該(gai)礦(kuang)從考(kao)(kao)核激勵上(shang)(shang)提升“內動力”,緊盯“快速掘(jue)進(jin)”目(mu)標任(ren)務(wu),設置階梯(ti)式獎(jiang)勵政(zheng)策,將生產任(ren)務(wu)細化分(fen)解到每個(ge)班組,做到每班“一(yi)(yi)調度、一(yi)(yi)通報(bao)、一(yi)(yi)考(kao)(kao)核”。季度內完成目(mu)標任(ren)務(wu)最(zui)高(gao)獎(jiang)勵10萬(wan)(wan)元,綜(zong)掘(jue)機司機最(zui)高(gao)獎(jiang)勵2萬(wan)(wan)元,輔助運輸隊伍最(zui)高(gao)獎(jiang)勵3萬(wan)(wan)元,從薪(xin)酬分(fen)配上(shang)(shang)調動了職工(gong)“快掘(jue)快進(jin)”的(de)積(ji)極性(xing)。
