邱集煤礦將快速掘進列入全年38項重點任務之一,該礦快掘9隊施工的1111膠帶順槽5月份實現進尺519.5米,環比一季度提高33.2%,快速掘進進入5月“加速度”。
寫實嵌入生產全流程
該礦生產業(ye)務科室人員堅持井下(xia)跟班寫實,從每道工(gong)序(xu)、每個(ge)環節入手,尋(xun)找制約(yue)快速(su)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)的(de)因素(su)和難點,不斷改進(jin)(jin)生產工(gong)藝,縮(suo)減(jian)設(she)備影響時(shi)間。通過寫實,優化(hua)“綜掘(jue)機+膠帶輸送機運輸+梭式礦車”快速(su)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)作(zuo)業(ye)線,改進(jin)(jin)了1111膠帶順槽吊掛式二運皮帶運輸方(fang)式,減(jian)少煤(mei)(mei)矸落地,節省卸載點清理浮煤(mei)(mei)人員2名。根(gen)據(ju)現場條件,在頂板五(wu)灰大于1.5米(mi)時(shi),將循環進(jin)(jin)尺改為3米(mi),避免了綜掘(jue)機開停對掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)速(su)度的(de)影響。
嚴把“一次成巷”施工質量
按照“一次成巷,不再(zai)修復”的(de)質(zhi)量(liang)理念,嚴把正規循環(huan)作業關。從(cong)交接班入手(shou),對設備檢查、隱患(huan)處理、截割(ge)出矸、臨時支(zhi)護、永(yong)久支(zhi)護等環(huan)節做到“上道工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)為下(xia)道工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)服務,下(xia)道工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)給上道工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)下(xia)達指令”,各(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)環(huan)環(huan)相扣、承(cheng)上啟(qi)下(xia),保持(chi)質(zhi)量(liang)標準動態達標,杜絕了返工(gong)(gong)(gong)、窩工(gong)(gong)(gong)和(he)無用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)現象,實現了施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)、時間、進度(du)“全要(yao)素”緊湊高效。
細化推進“全員設備保全”
快掘9隊從設備(bei)(bei)(bei)定(ding)(ding)置定(ding)(ding)責入(ru)手(shou),對(dui)(dui)崗位(wei)工、機修工、電工實行(xing)“全(quan)員設備(bei)(bei)(bei)保(bao)全(quan)”,人(ren)機匹(pi)配(pei),為(wei)綜掘設備(bei)(bei)(bei)“落戶口”。每日(ri)對(dui)(dui)掘進機、膠帶(dai)運輸機、錨索鉆機、開關等設備(bei)(bei)(bei)進行(xing)精(jing)心(xin)養護,隨時(shi)了(le)解設備(bei)(bei)(bei)的(de)“身體(ti)情(qing)況”,做到設備(bei)(bei)(bei)的(de)每處(chu)小毛病都有跡可查,及時(shi)發現并(bing)精(jing)準處(chu)理突(tu)發性故障,保(bao)證(zheng)設備(bei)(bei)(bei)的(de)安(an)全(quan)穩定(ding)(ding)運行(xing),連續(xu)兩個月(yue)實現了(le)設備(bei)(bei)(bei)故障“零”影響。
考核激勵提升“內動力”
該礦緊(jin)盯(ding)“快速掘(jue)(jue)進”目標任(ren)務(wu),完善(shan)對(dui)快掘(jue)(jue)9隊的(de)考核激勵機制。設(she)置階梯(ti)式獎勵政策,將生(sheng)產(chan)任(ren)務(wu)細化分(fen)解到每(mei)個班(ban)(ban)組(zu),做到每(mei)班(ban)(ban)“一(yi)調度、一(yi)通(tong)報、一(yi)考核”,季度內(nei)完成目標任(ren)務(wu)最高(gao)獎勵10萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)。評出“邱(qiu)(qiu)煤(mei)一(yi)號班(ban)(ban)組(zu)”和“邱(qiu)(qiu)煤(mei)綜掘(jue)(jue)機司(si)機大拿”,“邱(qiu)(qiu)煤(mei)一(yi)號班(ban)(ban)組(zu)”獎勵1萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan),“邱(qiu)(qiu)煤(mei)綜掘(jue)(jue)機司(si)機大拿”獎勵3000元(yuan),從薪(xin)酬分(fen)配上調動了職工“快掘(jue)(jue)快進”的(de)積極性。
