近日,田(tian)莊(zhuang)煤礦(kuang)為提高各(ge)級管(guan)理(li)(li)人員(yuan)的責任意識,加強職能監督(du),督(du)促各(ge)級管(guan)理(li)(li)人員(yuan)提高管(guan)理(li)(li)水平,做好本職工作(zuo),建立了工作(zuo)履(lv)職制度(du)。
該礦(kuang)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)每人(ren)建(jian)立一本履(lv)職(zhi)簿,單(dan)位(wei)(wei)負(fu)責(ze)(ze)(ze)人(ren)履(lv)職(zhi)薄(bo)在礦(kuang)內指定地(di)點公開,由礦(kuang)長、分管(guan)領(ling)導(dao)抽(chou)查(cha)批閱;各科(ke)室(shi)、工(gong)(gong)區(qu)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)履(lv)職(zhi)薄(bo)在本單(dan)位(wei)(wei)指定地(di)點公開,由單(dan)位(wei)(wei)負(fu)責(ze)(ze)(ze)人(ren)抽(chou)查(cha)批閱,并將(jiang)履(lv)職(zhi)制度納入管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)績效(xiao)考(kao)核。該礦(kuang)以此為(wei)切入點,做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)崗位(wei)(wei)責(ze)(ze)(ze)任(ren)分工(gong)(gong),讓全(quan)體(ti)管(guan)理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)有(you)目(mu)標、有(you)責(ze)(ze)(ze)任(ren)、有(you)督促(cu)、有(you)引導(dao),真正用(yong)心(xin)、出(chu)力地(di)做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)本職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),很(hen)好(hao)(hao)的(de)調動了(le)黨員(yuan)干(gan)部的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)積(ji)極(ji)性和工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)責(ze)(ze)(ze)任(ren)心(xin),收到(dao)了(le)很(hen)好(hao)(hao)的(de)效(xiao)果(guo)。(田(tian)(tian)莊礦(kuang)宣:田(tian)(tian)俊 尹(yin)博(bo))
