
本網濟寧訊 “自從用上組合(he)可調式擋煤板(ban),皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)尾(wei)堵塞(sai)問題徹底解(jie)決了,我再也不用每天清理(li)積(ji)煤,工作比(bi)以(yi)前輕松(song)多了。”日前,新驛煤礦(kuang)運搬工區皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)巡(xun)檢工張達偉正(zheng)在開心地介紹皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)精益管(guan)理(li)帶(dai)(dai)來的變化。
這一變化得(de)益于(yu)該(gai)礦(kuang)實(shi)施的“輸(shu)送機精(jing)致(zhi)線(xian)條管理法(fa)”。以往(wang)該(gai)礦(kuang)井下皮(pi)帶(dai)(dai)轉載點處經常發生積堵現象,需要專人(ren)進行清理,既費(fei)(fei)(fei)時費(fei)(fei)(fei)力,又有安全隱患。為此(ci),該(gai)礦(kuang)運(yun)(yun)用(yong)精(jing)益理念和工具方法(fa),以消(xiao)除浪費(fei)(fei)(fei)和不斷改善(shan)為核心,對井下全部皮(pi)帶(dai)(dai)轉載點擋煤板進行升(sheng)級(ji)改造,同時配合使用(yong)皮(pi)帶(dai)(dai)護網,形成組(zu)合可調式擋煤板,實(shi)現皮(pi)帶(dai)(dai)運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)封(feng)閉轉載,保證了(le)皮(pi)帶(dai)(dai)在運(yun)(yun)輸(shu)過程中(zhong)不漏(lou)一粒煤,不掉一塊矸,徹底(di)解(jie)決皮(pi)帶(dai)(dai)尾積煤問題,同時降低(di)了(le)工人(ren)勞(lao)動強度,減少崗位工1人(ren)。
今年以(yi)來,該礦(kuang)扎實(shi)推進“兩化融合(he)”管(guan)理(li)工作,他們(men)以(yi)精(jing)益管(guan)理(li)強化過(guo)程(cheng)管(guan)控,通過(guo)實(shi)施“線(xian)條精(jing)致管(guan)理(li)法”和現場全(quan)過(guo)程(cheng)寫實(shi),將礦(kuang)井(jing)安全(quan)管(guan)理(li)、高效(xiao)采煤(mei)、快速(su)掘進、勞動(dong)組織、煤(mei)質(zhi)管(guan)理(li)、成(cheng)本管(guan)控等各專業,按照“從(cong)源頭到(dao)(dao)(dao)終端、從(cong)采購到(dao)(dao)(dao)現場應(ying)用、從(cong)生產(chan)到(dao)(dao)(dao)銷售、從(cong)隱患(huan)排查(cha)到(dao)(dao)(dao)現場整(zheng)改”的“線(xian)條精(jing)致管(guan)理(li)法”,進行直線(xian)串聯,查(cha)找分(fen)析管(guan)理(li)短板,完善優化作業流程(cheng),全(quan)面挖掘降本增效(xiao)空間。
“我們及時(shi)查改(gai)管(guan)理(li)粗放、低效運行(xing)問題,通過工作面生產全過程(cheng)寫實(shi)解決人(ren)員(yuan)配置不(bu)合(he)理(li)、電纜(lan)、皮(pi)帶老(lao)化、勞動(dong)組(zu)織不(bu)合(he)理(li)等制(zhi)約工作面推采的問題。現(xian)在一個工作面單循環時(shi)間由180分(fen)鐘縮(suo)短至150分(fen)鐘,生產效率提高了17%。”該礦(kuang)生產副(fu)礦(kuang)長李(li)永(yong)強介紹。
該礦(kuang)以(yi)完(wan)全市場化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理(li)為(wei)載體(ti)(ti),以(yi)精(jing)益管(guan)(guan)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具應用(yong)為(wei)手段,在(zai)高效(xiao)運(yun)輸(shu)、快速掘進(jin)(jin)、節(jie)(jie)支(zhi)降(jiang)(jiang)耗、材料(liao)(liao)費用(yong)等(deng)方面實(shi)現整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)效(xiao)益最大化(hua)。井下副井三環水倉(cang)掘進(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作面、地面支(zhi)架維修推行市場化(hua)承包(bao)試點后,人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效(xiao)率及工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程質量(liang)得到(dao)(dao)大幅度提(ti)高,生產任務由原來的(de)月(yue)進(jin)(jin)尺50.3米(mi)(mi)提(ti)高到(dao)(dao)70.2米(mi)(mi),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效(xiao)由0.055米(mi)(mi)/工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)提(ti)高到(dao)(dao)0.06米(mi)(mi)/工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),提(ti)高9.1%,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程質量(liang)由原來的(de)每月(yue)1個優良工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程提(ti)高到(dao)(dao)2兩個優良工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程質量(liang)獎勵計件(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資5%以(yi)上。截至目前,該礦(kuang)通過系(xi)統(tong)優化(hua),標準化(hua)流程再造(zao),降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)用(yong)電負荷2100千瓦,降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)電耗355度/天(tian),節(jie)(jie)省費用(yong)223元/天(tian),累計減少系(xi)統(tong)維護材料(liao)(liao)費用(yong)約110萬(wan)元,精(jing)益管(guan)(guan)理(li)成效(xiao)顯(xian)著。(劉娟)
