自黨史(shi)(shi)學(xue)習教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)開展以來,彭(peng)莊(zhuang)煤礦(kuang)黨委堅(jian)持“學(xue)思用(yong)貫通(tong)、知信行統(tong)一”的思路,把(ba)(ba)解(jie)決職(zhi)(zhi)工的“急(ji)難(nan)愁(chou)盼”作為黨史(shi)(shi)學(xue)習教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)成(cheng)果(guo)的“試(shi)金石”,“點、線(xian)、面”同步發(fa)力(li)、“急(ji)、難(nan)、小”一體(ti)推(tui)進(jin),推(tui)動“我為職(zhi)(zhi)工辦實(shi)(shi)事”實(shi)(shi)踐活(huo)動扎實(shi)(shi)開展,用(yong)實(shi)(shi)際行動把(ba)(ba)黨史(shi)(shi)學(xue)習成(cheng)效轉化為“我為職(zhi)(zhi)工辦實(shi)(shi)事”的工作動能。
找準“落腳點”,辦好職工“急事”
該礦黨委把“我為職工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)實(shi)事”工(gong)(gong)作融(rong)入(ru)日(ri)常(chang),開展班子成員(yuan)包掛支(zhi)部聯系點(dian)、黨員(yuan)包掛聯系群(qun)眾、黨群(qun)人員(yuan)包掛困難(nan)職工(gong)(gong)“三包掛”活動(dong),依托“八級(ji)慧談”“書記接待站”“領(ling)導(dao)干部公開大接訪”等平(ping)臺,廣泛搜集職工(gong)(gong)群(qun)眾反映的普遍性、重難(nan)點(dian)問(wen)題,做(zuo)到“上下聯動(dong),問(wen)計于(yu)(yu)民;因(yin)實(shi)制宜,問(wen)需(xu)于(yu)(yu)民”,為職工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)好“急(ji)事”。今年以(yi)來共解(jie)決職工(gong)(gong)食宿(su)環境改(gai)善(shan)、文體活動(dong)室修繕、床上用品(pin)發放、特殊工(gong)(gong)裝配備等13件實(shi)事。
理清“連接線”,解決職工“難事”
在做好(hao)前期調(diao)研走訪基礎上,該礦黨(dang)委建(jian)立“融(rong)(rong)入(ru)一線(xian)支部建(jian)設,融(rong)(rong)入(ru)生產環境改善(shan),融(rong)(rong)入(ru)日常(chang)點(dian)滴關愛,融(rong)(rong)入(ru)精(jing)益(yi)化提升,融(rong)(rong)入(ru)職(zhi)(zhi)工日常(chang)培訓,融(rong)(rong)入(ru)群團常(chang)態(tai)服(fu)務,融(rong)(rong)入(ru)急難(nan)險重(zhong)任(ren)務”為(wei)主要內容的(de)“七(qi)融(rong)(rong)入(ru)”具體舉措,為(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)工解(jie)決“難(nan)事”。機電工區黨(dang)支部一名年(nian)輕職(zhi)(zhi)工突發腦溢血,且家(jia)庭遭遇重(zhong)大變故,經協調(diao)開(kai)通(tong)救助綠色通(tong)道、及時聯系職(zhi)(zhi)工互助保障(zhang)中(zhong)心(xin),進(jin)行(xing)二次報銷。運搬工區一名職(zhi)(zhi)工家(jia)屬患(huan)病后,家(jia)庭負擔加重(zhong),除進(jin)行(xing)救助外,積極引導該職(zhi)(zhi)工通(tong)過志愿(yuan)服(fu)務、義務勞動來“自食其力”,以“表現換積分,以積分換物品”,幫貧、幫志、幫德(de)。
拓寬“服務面”,做好職工“小事”
該(gai)礦牢(lao)固樹立(li)“發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)依靠職工(gong)(gong)、發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)了職工(gong)(gong)”主旨(zhi),將黨(dang)史學習教育(yu)成果融(rong)入推進礦井(jing)和(he)諧高(gao)效發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)日(ri)常(chang),融(rong)入破解(jie)礦井(jing)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)難題日(ri)常(chang)。結合建(jian)黨(dang)100周年,初步建(jian)立(li)融(rong)合“文體活(huo)動(dong)、訴(su)求辦(ban)(ban)理、素能(neng)(neng)提升、廉潔教育(yu)、技(ji)能(neng)(neng)提升”五大(da)功能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)職工(gong)(gong)“一站式”服務中心,辦(ban)(ban)好職工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)“小事”。舉辦(ban)(ban)“你陪我(wo)長大(da)、我(wo)陪你變老(lao)”母親節特別(bie)活(huo)動(dong),為(wei)職工(gong)(gong)提供(gong)盡(jin)孝的(de)(de)機會。邀請高(gao)考志(zhi)愿(yuan)填報專家到礦指導(dao)39名參(can)加高(gao)考的(de)(de)職工(gong)(gong)子女填報志(zhi)愿(yuan),為(wei)職工(gong)(gong)解(jie)決關切事。開展(zhan)(zhan)逢“11”大(da)清掃活(huo)動(dong),每(mei)月11日(ri)對(dui)礦外員工(gong)(gong)居住區(qu)的(de)(de)衛(wei)生死(si)角進行大(da)清理,讓(rang)職工(gong)(gong)時刻感受到彭莊煤(mei)礦大(da)家庭的(de)(de)關懷和(he)溫暖。
“職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)(de)事(shi)無小事(shi),立(li)身立(li)行暖人心(xin)。”該礦以職(zhi)工(gong)為中(zhong)心(xin)的(de)(de)發展思想(xiang),聚力(li)(li)解決影響職(zhi)工(gong)獲得感(gan)滿意度的(de)(de)難點、痛點、堵(du)點問(wen)題,續力(li)(li)“主動擔當(dang)”理念,自4月份以來,共(gong)計為職(zhi)工(gong)辦實事(shi)170余件,構建起(qi)全體(ti)職(zhi)工(gong)對內同(tong)心(xin)、對外同(tong)音(yin)、目(mu)標同(tong)向、同(tong)頻共(gong)振的(de)(de)命運共(gong)同(tong)體(ti)。(張霄)
