牢(lao)固樹立以(yi)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)群眾(zhong)為(wei)中心(xin)的思(si)想,以(yi)簡潔、大方、實用(yong)為(wei)原(yuan)則,升(sheng)級改造“職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)之家(jia)(jia)”,建設集困(kun)難救(jiu)助、訴求管理(li)、心(xin)理(li)健康服務、文體(ti)活動、技(ji)能(neng)提升(sheng)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠培(pei)養于一體(ti)的“職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)之家(jia)(jia)”綜(zong)合(he)服務中心(xin)。充分(fen)利(li)用(yong)“家(jia)(jia)人(ren)聊(liao)吧”,定期組織“你我心(xin)貼心(xin)”安(an)(an)全承(cheng)諾、“三違(wei)”幫教、“親情助安(an)(an)”等系列活動,用(yong)親情感化(hua)、用(yong)真情溫(wen)暖(nuan)、用(yong)熱情渲染,將安(an)(an)全理(li)念潤化(hua)于員工(gong)(gong)(gong)內心(xin),教育(yu)引(yin)導員工(gong)(gong)(gong)時刻繃緊(jin)安(an)(an)全弦,筑牢(lao)安(an)(an)全堤。

該礦(kuang)高度重視信(xin)訪穩定工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,在現(xian)有的(de)信(xin)訪座談會、書記信(xin)箱、書記熱線、礦(kuang)長接待日等訴求通道的(de)基礎(chu)上,建立“彭煤心聲”員工(gong)(gong)(gong)“發聲”平臺,讓員工(gong)(gong)(gong)即時(shi)反映、吐槽身邊(bian)的(de)問(wen)題,各專(zhuan)業(ye)管理(li)人(ren)(ren)員按(an)照(zhao)“立即回復(fu)(fu)(fu)”原則給(gei)予(yu)答(da)復(fu)(fu)(fu);公(gong)開“書記”訴求通道,主動(dong)為員工(gong)(gong)(gong)提供“上訪”渠道,專(zhuan)職人(ren)(ren)員按(an)照(zhao)“一小時(shi)回復(fu)(fu)(fu)”原則第一時(shi)間(jian)給(gei)予(yu)答(da)復(fu)(fu)(fu)。
定(ding)期(qi)組織員(yuan)工(gong)、班組長、黨員(yuan)、安(an)(an)監(jian)員(yuan)、群監(jian)員(yuan)(青安(an)(an)崗(gang)員(yuan))、技術員(yuan)(副區(qu)長)、區(qu)長(書記)、職能科室(shi)8個層級(ji)(ji)人員(yuan)開展“八級(ji)(ji)慧(hui)談(tan)”,暢通信訪通道、疏解員(yuan)工(gong)疑惑、凝(ning)聚(ju)(ju)員(yuan)工(gong)智慧(hui),鼓勵引導員(yuan)工(gong)提出礦井(jing)在(zai)管(guan)理制度、工(gong)作生活、困難幫扶、評先樹(shu)優(you)等方面的(de)意見和(he)建議(yi),解決(jue)員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)“急難愁盼(pan)”,匯(hui)聚(ju)(ju)治(zhi)企(qi)興企(qi)良方,營造(zao)“凝(ning)心、聚(ju)(ju)力、匯(hui)智、惜才”的(de)濃厚“家園”文(wen)化氛(fen)圍。
在關心慰問上加力,開展“四季關懷”溫暖體系
該礦(kuang)始(shi)終把職工(gong)(gong)(gong)群眾(zhong)的(de)(de)冷暖放在心(xin)(xin)上,常(chang)態化(hua)組織“春(chun)送(song)祝福、夏(xia)(xia)(xia)送(song)清涼、秋送(song)團圓、冬送(song)溫暖”四季慰問活(huo)動,以心(xin)(xin)貼(tie)心(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)關懷為(wei)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)提振(zhen)士氣、鼓舞干(gan)勁。入夏(xia)(xia)(xia)以來(lai),發放“特(te)殊(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)裝”和“防暑降溫愛心(xin)(xin)包”為(wei)奮(fen)戰在一線(xian)的(de)(de)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)送(song)去絲絲清涼。常(chang)態化(hua)組織女工(gong)(gong)(gong)協(xie)管(guan)員和志愿者在井口開展“夏(xia)(xia)(xia)送(song)清涼”活(huo)動,每天分上下午兩(liang)班(ban)為(wei)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)送(song)西(xi)(xi)瓜(gua)、甜(tian)瓜(gua),共(gong)購買西(xi)(xi)瓜(gua)1.6萬斤,甜(tian)瓜(gua)1萬斤,讓員工(gong)(gong)(gong)感受到礦(kuang)井“大家庭(ting)”的(de)(de)清涼關愛和深切關懷。
在關愛關懷上給力,落實“七項福利”關愛體系
該礦工會對57名(ming)困(kun)難員工建檔,定期開展幫扶活動(dong)。動(dong)態梳理(li)、摸排長期貧困(kun)員工,實時(shi)掌握困(kun)難程度,按(an)時(shi)給予困(kun)難救助。實行(xing)“愛心超市(shi)”積分(fen)制度,鼓勵困(kun)難員工用(yong)勞動(dong)換積分(fen)、用(yong)積分(fen)兌(dui)換生(sheng)活物(wu)品(pin),促進(jin)扶貧與扶志、扶貧與扶德相結合。
同(tong)時,緊貼民生、順應(ying)民意,上(shang)限落實(shi)工會“七項慰(wei)(wei)問”,共開展生育、婚姻、住院(yuan)、離退(tui)休、喪葬(zang)等(deng)慰(wei)(wei)問26人次(ci),發放(fang)(fang)(fang)慰(wei)(wei)問品(pin)、慰(wei)(wei)問金2.7萬余(yu)元,為全體員(yuan)工發放(fang)(fang)(fang)生日慰(wei)(wei)問、節假(jia)日慰(wei)(wei)問26萬余(yu)元。開展“金秋助(zhu)學”活動(dong),為38名考(kao)入(ru)大學的(de)員(yuan)工子女發放(fang)(fang)(fang)拉(la)桿箱、運(yun)動(dong)水壺(hu)等(deng)物品(pin)。確保員(yuan)工充分享受(shou)礦井發展紅利,不(bu)斷提升員(yuan)工的(de)獲得感(gan)(gan)、歸(gui)屬感(gan)(gan)和幸福(fu)指數。(王迎春)
