他(ta)們(men)以省外(wai)創業者困難家庭溝通平臺、黨(dang)(dang)員聯(lian)系群眾“1+1+N”談話平臺、黨(dang)(dang)性教育基地談心(xin)室(shi)平臺、車間工(gong)(gong)會(hui)“談心(xin)角”平臺、員工(gong)(gong)援助中心(xin)“快樂聊吧”心(xin)理疏(shu)導(dao)平臺、女(nv)工(gong)(gong)協管“三違”談心(xin)幫教平臺“六(liu)大工(gong)(gong)作平臺”為依托(tuo),通過一對(dui)一交流、面(mian)(mian)(mian)對(dui)面(mian)(mian)(mian)座談等方式,重點捕(bu)捉員工(gong)(gong)在安全管理、技術創新(xin)、民生需(xu)求等方面(mian)(mian)(mian)的意見和建議,形成問題責任清(qing)單。
