自黨(dang)(dang)史(shi)(shi)學(xue)習教育開展(zhan)以來,新驛煤(mei)礦按照“學(xue)史(shi)(shi)明(ming)理、學(xue)史(shi)(shi)增(zeng)信(xin)、學(xue)史(shi)(shi)崇德、學(xue)史(shi)(shi)力行(xing)”的目標要求,將(jiang)學(xue)黨(dang)(dang)史(shi)(shi)與辦實事(shi)(shi)緊密結合,聚焦廣大(da)員工“最關心、最直接、最現實”的問題,開展(zhan)了一(yi)系列(lie)“我(wo)為職工辦實事(shi)(shi)”實踐活動,著力在“辦”實事(shi)(shi)上(shang)下功夫,在“暖”人心上(shang)踐行(xing)動,增(zeng)強了員工的獲得感(gan)、幸(xing)福感(gan)、安全感(gan)。
傾聽員工心聲 為員工排憂解難
“我們住在3#宿舍樓一樓陰(yin)面,很長時(shi)間見(jian)不(bu)(bu)到陽(yang)光,房間陰(yin)冷(leng),休息睡眠(mian)質(zhi)量差,可(ke)(ke)不(bu)(bu)可(ke)(ke)以把我們調整(zheng)到別的(de)宿舍。”“食堂菜(cai)品花樣能不(bu)(bu)能多一點,有時(shi)下班(ban)晚點了(le),基本沒什么好菜(cai)了(le),能不(bu)(bu)能增(zeng)加一個(ge)專門炒菜(cai)的(de)窗(chuang)口。”……
在該礦5月份召開(kai)的“八級慧談”員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)層面座談會上,與會員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)紛紛敞開(kai)心(xin)扉,表(biao)達訴求,礦領導現場(chang)一(yi)一(yi)給予(yu)回(hui)應答復(fu)。
連日(ri)來,該礦領(ling)導班子成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)深(shen)入到各自聯(lian)系點進(jin)行蹲點調(diao)研,對于員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)提出的(de)勞保福(fu)利發放不(bu)及時(shi)、食(shi)堂(tang)飯菜花樣少、澡堂(tang)淋浴噴頭水流小等員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)關心的(de)熱點、焦(jiao)點問題,礦黨(dang)委專門召開解難題、辦(ban)(ban)實事(shi)、惠(hui)民(min)生工(gong)(gong)(gong)作推進(jin)會,將員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)訴求匯(hui)總(zong),整理出27項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作清單(dan),明確完(wan)成(cheng)時(shi)限,讓黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)干部根據(ju)職責分工(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)行認領(ling),每周定期對責任清單(dan)推進(jin)情況(kuang)進(jin)行調(diao)度反(fan)饋,真正將好事(shi)實事(shi)辦(ban)(ban)到員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)心坎上。
“自(zi)從黨史(shi)學習教育(yu)開展以來,我們(men)領(ling)導班子把(ba)為職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)實(shi)(shi)事、解難題作(zuo)為著(zhu)力(li)點和發力(li)點,通過“溫馨家園(yuan)群”、新礦心(xin)(xin)聲、“八(ba)級慧談”“信訪接待日”等(deng)途徑(jing),傾聽(ting)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)心(xin)(xin)聲,了(le)解員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)訴求(qiu),面對面解決(jue)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)最關(guan)心(xin)(xin)、最直接、最現實(shi)(shi)的(de)實(shi)(shi)際問題。”該礦黨委副書(shu)記、工(gong)(gong)會主席李冰說(shuo)。
工會暖心救助 打造“溫馨家園”
在開(kai)展黨史學習教育(yu)活(huo)動中,該礦注(zhu)重發(fa)揮工(gong)會組織優勢,創新開(kai)展“我為職(zhi)工(gong)辦(ban)(ban)實(shi)事、竭誠服務暖(nuan)(nuan)人(ren)心”實(shi)踐活(huo)動,用心、用情(qing)、用力當好員工(gong)的(de)(de)“娘家人(ren)”“貼心人(ren)”“暖(nuan)(nuan)心人(ren)”,用真情(qing)辦(ban)(ban)實(shi)事暖(nuan)(nuan)人(ren)心,常態(tai)化(hua)開(kai)展愛心救助(zhu)、精準幫(bang)扶、金秋助(zhu)學等民生工(gong)程(cheng),還為廣(guang)大員工(gong)搭建(jian)了“職(zhi)工(gong)醫保+互助(zhu)保障(zhang)(zhang)+工(gong)會幫(bang)扶”的(de)(de)三級幫(bang)扶救助(zhu)模式(shi),將在冊(ce)員工(gong)納入(ru)臨沂市職(zhi)工(gong)互助(zhu)保障(zhang)(zhang)活(huo)動,最大限度提升了困難員工(gong)家庭(ting)大病(bing)、大災、大難等風險的(de)(de)抵御(yu)能力,在為員工(gong)辦(ban)(ban)實(shi)事、解難事、做(zuo)好事的(de)(de)過程(cheng)中,增強了干部員工(gong)的(de)(de)凝聚力、戰(zhan)斗(dou)力和向心力。
截至(zhi)目前,該礦通過“云工(gong)會”救(jiu)助(zhu)平臺(tai),累計(ji)幫扶困難員工(gong)29人,發放(fang)救(jiu)助(zhu)資金10萬余元。
黨員創效當先鋒 美化礦區踐行動
面(mian)(mian)(mian)對礦井(jing)“雨季三防(fang)”工(gong)程施工(gong)人手短缺的緊張局面(mian)(mian)(mian),該礦緊密(mi)結合“我為職工(gong)辦實(shi)事”實(shi)踐活動(dong),動(dong)員(yuan)機關科室(shi)黨(dang)員(yuan)每(mei)天“主動(dong)出擊(ji)”認領任務(wu),帶領團員(yuan)青年(nian)們一起行動(dong),積極(ji)參與礦區清挖(wa)水(shui)溝、壘砌墻面(mian)(mian)(mian)、地(di)面(mian)(mian)(mian)硬化等系列義務(wu)創效志愿活動(dong)。
在(zai)志(zhi)愿(yuan)者(zhe)義務創效活動(dong)中(zhong),志(zhi)愿(yuan)者(zhe)們(men)手拿(na)鐵鍬、撬棍(gun)等(deng)工具,頂著當頭烈陽、悶熱天氣和水溝惡臭(chou),對排水溝淤泥和垃圾(ji)進(jin)行(xing)集中(zhong)處(chu)理,經過(guo)大家辛苦細(xi)致的清理,不僅及時疏通(tong)了(le)礦區排水溝,解決了(le)“雨(yu)季三防”汛期防洪的難題,而且為路面環保沖塵徹底(di)清除了(le)障礙,以實(shi)際行(xing)動(dong)踐行(xing)初心使命(ming),彰顯(xian)了(le)共產黨員勇于擔(dan)當、攻堅克(ke)難的本(ben)色(se)。
此次義務(wu)(wu)創效志愿活動(dong)只是該(gai)礦開展“我為職工(gong)(gong)辦實事”其中(zhong)的一(yi)個縮影。下(xia)一(yi)步,該(gai)礦還將堅持從實際出發(fa),針對不(bu)同的黨員(yuan)群(qun)體,充分發(fa)揮黨建(jian)聯(lian)系點、黨群(qun)掛點包(bao)保、黨員(yuan)先鋒(feng)崗(gang)、黨員(yuan)突擊隊(dui)、黨員(yuan)志愿服務(wu)(wu)等(deng)“1+1+N”服務(wu)(wu)渠道,組(zu)織(zhi)黨員(yuan)干部(bu)深入基層、深入一(yi)線,主動(dong)傾(qing)聽員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)心(xin)聲,讓黨員(yuan)干部(bu)把員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的訴求作為自(zi)己(ji)的使命,在奉獻中(zhong)增強黨性修養(yang),切實為員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)解決實際困難,用(yong)實際行動(dong)為礦井高質(zhi)量發(fa)展凝聚強大合力。(攝影:張(zhang)行)
