“各區隊根據(ju)當班(ban)原(yuan)煤產量、掘進(jin)(jin)進(jin)(jin)尺(chi)對員工進(jin)(jin)行貨幣(bi)化(hua)分配,建立以(yi)核算員、材(cai)料員、班(ban)組(zu)長為(wei)主(zhu)的成本指標(biao)分解制度(du),每天(tian)將班(ban)組(zu)的產量、進(jin)(jin)尺(chi)、材(cai)料消耗、人(ren)員出勤等(deng)情況進(jin)(jin)行統計,形(xing)成了完善的內部(bu)市(shi)場關聯交易體系(xi),推動(dong)市(shi)場化(hua)、精(jing)細化(hua)‘兩化(hua)融合’在班(ban)組(zu)落地,全面提升班(ban)組(zu)精(jing)益管理水平。”該(gai)礦(kuang)人(ren)力資源部(bu)副部(bu)長孟超介紹(shao)。
該礦以區隊、班組為(wei)重點,以內部市(shi)場價格(ge)體系為(wei)標(biao)準,從詳細分(fen)(fen)解考(kao)(kao)核指標(biao)著手,通過不斷完善內部市(shi)場化(hua)考(kao)(kao)核辦(ban)法(fa),采(cai)取“日(ri)核算(suan)、月分(fen)(fen)析、月考(kao)(kao)核”的(de)模式,穩步推(tui)進,保證了貨幣化(hua)分(fen)(fen)配(pei)制(zhi)度的(de)有序開(kai)展。
