
山(shan)能訊 近日(ri),地處延安(an)的臨礦(kuang)集(ji)團永明礦(kuang)通過(guo)現場環環寫實,找準(zhun)制約高效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)采煤(mei)的難點(dian)和癥結,打破原有思維定(ding)式,在5煤(mei)工作面率先實現單班單面生產,人均(jun)工效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)42.06噸/工,同比提高41%,人員減少19人左右,創效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)過(guo)千萬(wan)元,實現了集(ji)約化安(an)全高效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)生產。
他們大力推行(xing)“三(san)減三(san)提(ti)”和設備升級,自(zi)主(zhu)創新改造(zao)單軌吊式(shi)電(dian)纜滑(hua)車、皮帶自(zi)移機(ji)尾(wei)、邁步(bu)自(zi)移式(shi)超(chao)前支架(jia)、支架(jia)增(zeng)設抬底缸,升級安裝了純(chun)凈水處理與恒壓供水系統,完成了采煤機(ji)更換搖臂、液(ye)壓支架(jia)更換液(ye)壓元件等一系列設備升級改造(zao)項目。皮帶負荷率由(you)54.56%提(ti)高66.54%,設備開機(ji)率由(you)70.1提(ti)高80%。
采(cai)掘(jue)先行(xing),設計為本。他(ta)們(men)對采(cai)掘(jue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作面(mian)設計進(jin)(jin)行(xing)優化,積(ji)極探(tan)索(suo)沿空(kong)留巷新(xin)模式(shi),采(cai)用產氣具(ju)非爆破(po)預(yu)裂切頂沿空(kong)留巷技術(shu),由年初(chu)4個(ge)(ge)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)頭降(jiang)為2個(ge)(ge)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)頭,每個(ge)(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作面(mian)可減(jian)少掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)進(jin)(jin)尺(chi)約900米,減(jian)少施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)間(jian)2.2個(ge)(ge)月(yue),增加(jia)單個(ge)(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作面(mian)儲(chu)量(liang)4.83萬噸(dun),多(duo)回收煤(mei)炭(tan)0.31萬噸(dun)。同時(shi),延長工(gong)(gong)(gong)作面(mian)服務時(shi)間(jian)2.1月(yue),每年減(jian)少工(gong)(gong)(gong)作面(mian)搬家1次,萬噸(dun)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)率由164.4m/wt降(jiang)低為82.9m/wt。按(an)照當前煤(mei)炭(tan)價格計算,預(yu)計單個(ge)(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作面(mian)可增加(jia)直接(jie)收益406.3萬元。通過采(cai)掘(jue)設計調優與沿空(kong)留巷新(xin)技術(shu)應用等一(yi)系列(lie)舉(ju)措,保(bao)障了礦井安全穩定(ding)發展。
針對綜(zong)采(cai)(cai)工(gong)(gong)區(qu)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)混合(he)編制且(qie)對綜(zong)采(cai)(cai)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)生(sheng)(sheng)疏的(de)(de)實際,該礦(kuang)(kuang)重新進行組(zu)合(he)優化(hua),充分(fen)利用(yong)(yong)“師帶(dai)徒”“點(dian)帶(dai)面(mian)(mian)”“技(ji)(ji)術比武”“生(sheng)(sheng)產會戰(zhan)”等正面(mian)(mian)激勵手段,將區(qu)長當(dang)隊(dui)(dui)長用(yong)(yong),隊(dui)(dui)長當(dang)班(ban)長用(yong)(yong),不斷提(ti)高作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)人員的(de)(de)操作(zuo)(zuo)技(ji)(ji)能和(he)技(ji)(ji)術力量,達到了減人員、減班(ban)次、不減產量的(de)(de)新格局(ju)。實現集約化(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)產后(hou),他們抽調(diao)15人組(zu)建專(zhuan)業(ye)化(hua)隊(dui)(dui)伍,負(fu)責礦(kuang)(kuang)井工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)裝回撤(che)和(he)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產標準化(hua)的(de)(de)整改工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),廢除了工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)安(an)(an)(an)撤(che)由外(wai)委隊(dui)(dui)伍施工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)狀況,還(huan)創(chuang)造了16天圓滿完成安(an)(an)(an)撤(che)任務,比預(yu)期提(ti)前4天和(he)日回撤(che)20架(jia)、安(an)(an)(an)裝19架(jia)的(de)(de)紀(ji)錄(lu)。截至(zhi)目前,該專(zhuan)業(ye)化(hua)隊(dui)(dui)伍已安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)高質(zhi)量完成礦(kuang)(kuang)井工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)安(an)(an)(an)裝5個、回撤(che)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian)3個的(de)(de)任務,較原(yuan)外(wai)委安(an)(an)(an)撤(che)施工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍8個工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)(mian),可創(chuang)效(xiao)近400萬元。2021年5煤(mei)人均工(gong)(gong)效(xiao)42.06噸(dun)/工(gong)(gong),同比2020年29.8噸(dun)/工(gong)(gong),提(ti)高了41%,人員減少(shao)了19人左右。
通過(guo)“三(san)減(jian)(jian)三(san)提(ti)”,各項目(mu)實施和安全生產工作寫(xie)實制(zhi)度(du),大力推動“機械化換人、自動化減(jian)(jian)人、提(ti)效減(jian)(jian)人”戰略,預計全年(nian)減(jian)(jian)員(yuan)37人,實現(xian)全礦井(jing)400人目(mu)標。
