自黨(dang)史(shi)學(xue)習(xi)教育(yu)開(kai)展以來(lai),彭莊煤礦黨(dang)委(wei)堅持“學(xue)思用貫(guan)通、知信行統一(yi)”的思路,把(ba)解決職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的“急難(nan)愁盼”作為(wei)黨(dang)史(shi)學(xue)習(xi)教育(yu)成(cheng)果(guo)的“試金石”,“點(dian)、線、面”同(tong)步(bu)發力、“急、難(nan)、小”一(yi)體推進,推動“我為(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)實事”實踐活動扎(zha)實開(kai)展,用實際(ji)行動把(ba)黨(dang)史(shi)學(xue)習(xi)成(cheng)效轉(zhuan)化(hua)為(wei)“我為(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)實事”的工(gong)(gong)作動能。
找準“落腳點”,辦好職工“急事”
該礦黨委把(ba)“我為(wei)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦實事”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作融入日常(chang),開展班子成員包(bao)(bao)掛(gua)支部聯系(xi)點、黨員包(bao)(bao)掛(gua)聯系(xi)群(qun)(qun)眾、黨群(qun)(qun)人員包(bao)(bao)掛(gua)困難職工(gong)(gong)(gong)“三包(bao)(bao)掛(gua)”活動,依托“八(ba)級慧談(tan)”“書記接(jie)(jie)待站”“領導干部公開大接(jie)(jie)訪”等平臺,廣泛(fan)搜集職工(gong)(gong)(gong)群(qun)(qun)眾反映的普遍性、重難點問(wen)題,做到(dao)“上(shang)下(xia)聯動,問(wen)計于民;因實制宜(yi),問(wen)需于民”,為(wei)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦好“急(ji)事”。今年以(yi)來共解(jie)決職工(gong)(gong)(gong)食(shi)宿環境改善、文體(ti)活動室修繕、床上(shang)用品(pin)發放、特殊工(gong)(gong)(gong)裝配(pei)備等13件實事。
理清“連接線”,解決職工“難事”
在做好(hao)前期調(diao)研(yan)走訪基礎上,該(gai)礦黨委建立(li)“融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)入一線支部建設,融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)入生產(chan)環境改善,融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)入日(ri)常(chang)點(dian)滴(di)關愛,融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)入精益(yi)化提升,融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)入職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)日(ri)常(chang)培訓,融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)入群團(tuan)常(chang)態服務(wu),融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)入急難(nan)險(xian)重(zhong)任務(wu)”為(wei)主要內容的(de)“七融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)入”具體(ti)舉措,為(wei)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)解決“難(nan)事”。機(ji)電(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)黨支部一名年輕職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)突發腦溢血,且家(jia)庭遭遇重(zhong)大(da)變故,經(jing)協調(diao)開(kai)通救(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)綠色通道、及時聯系職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)互(hu)助(zhu)(zhu)保障中心,進行(xing)二次(ci)報銷。運搬工(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)一名職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)家(jia)屬患(huan)病后,家(jia)庭負擔加重(zhong),除進行(xing)救(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)外,積(ji)極引導(dao)該(gai)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)通過志愿服務(wu)、義務(wu)勞動(dong)來“自食其力”,以“表現換積(ji)分,以積(ji)分換物品”,幫(bang)貧、幫(bang)志、幫(bang)德。
拓寬“服務面”,做好職工“小事”
該礦牢(lao)固樹立(li)“發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)依靠(kao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)為了職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)”主旨,將黨史學習(xi)教(jiao)育成果融(rong)入推進礦井(jing)(jing)和諧高(gao)效發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)日常,融(rong)入破解礦井(jing)(jing)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)難題日常。結(jie)合建黨100周年,初步建立(li)融(rong)合“文體(ti)活動(dong)、訴求辦理(li)、素能提升、廉潔教(jiao)育、技能提升”五大功能的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)“一站(zhan)式”服務中(zhong)心,辦好職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)“小事”。舉辦“你陪我長大、我陪你變老”母親節特(te)別活動(dong),為職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)提供盡孝的(de)(de)機會。邀請高(gao)考志愿(yuan)填(tian)報專(zhuan)家(jia)到(dao)礦指導39名參(can)加(jia)高(gao)考的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)子(zi)女(nv)填(tian)報志愿(yuan),為職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)解決關切事。開展(zhan)逢“11”大清(qing)(qing)掃活動(dong),每(mei)月(yue)11日對礦外員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)居住區的(de)(de)衛生死角進行大清(qing)(qing)理(li),讓職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時刻(ke)感(gan)受到(dao)彭莊煤礦大家(jia)庭的(de)(de)關懷和溫暖。
“職工(gong)的事(shi)無小事(shi),立(li)身立(li)行暖人心。”該(gai)礦以(yi)職工(gong)為(wei)中心的發(fa)展思(si)想,聚力解決影(ying)響職工(gong)獲得感滿意度的難點、痛點、堵點問題(ti),續力“主(zhu)動擔當”理念,自4月份以(yi)來,共(gong)(gong)計為(wei)職工(gong)辦實事(shi)170余件,構建起全體(ti)職工(gong)對(dui)內同(tong)心、對(dui)外同(tong)音、目標(biao)同(tong)向、同(tong)頻共(gong)(gong)振(zhen)的命(ming)運(yun)共(gong)(gong)同(tong)體(ti)。(張霄(xiao))
