據(ju)悉,該(gai)公司根(gen)據(ju)市(shi)場(chang)化、精益化“兩化融(rong)合”管(guan)(guan)(guan)理要求(qiu),大力推行(xing)市(shi)場(chang)化管(guan)(guan)(guan)理,發掘每個崗(gang)(gang)位創效源(yuan),改變過(guo)去(qu)班(ban)組(zu)長、車間(jian)主任“只管(guan)(guan)(guan)不(bu)干(gan)(gan)、只看(kan)不(bu)干(gan)(gan)”的問題(ti),壓減管(guan)(guan)(guan)理層級(ji),優化分配方式(shi),將崗(gang)(gang)位工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)70%作為基(ji)本(ben)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi),在保證履行(xing)好(hao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理職責的同時,直(zhi)接參(can)與(yu)一線工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,按計件掙(zheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi),上(shang)不(bu)封(feng)頂(ding)。為保障(zhang)這一措施(shi)順利實施(shi),生(sheng)產技術黨(dang)支部率先(xian)在黨(dang)員(yuan)干(gan)(gan)部中選(xuan)樹黨(dang)員(yuan)先(xian)鋒崗(gang)(gang),帶頭試點推行(xing)。
“公司收(shou)入就是一線掙出來的,公司有(you)收(shou)入,我們才能有(you)工資。面對這一薪酬(chou)分配改革,大家對工資能不(bu)能保(bao)障(zhang)有(you)很多顧慮,我作為(wei)車間(jian)管(guan)理人員(yuan),也是共產(chan)黨員(yuan),必須帶頭做(zuo)表率。”車間(jian)管(guan)理人員(yuan)王勇說。

大家以(yi)為(wei)(wei)按70%的基本工(gong)資是在降工(gong)資,但(dan)試點以(yi)后(hou)卻發現,只要管得好、干(gan)得多,計件不(bu)止(zhi)多掙30%,各個車間、班組長爭先報名(ming)。創新舉措取得成(cheng)效(xiao)(xiao)后(hou),該(gai)公司以(yi)支部(bu)為(wei)(wei)單位(wei),以(yi)黨員(yuan)(yuan)為(wei)(wei)主體(ti),全(quan)面(mian)推開(kai)(kai)崗位(wei)創效(xiao)(xiao)活動,從總經理到(dao)班子成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan),將業(ye)務(wu)開(kai)(kai)拓、成(cheng)本管控、采購控制(zhi)等10多項重點工(gong)作,黨員(yuan)(yuan)干(gan)部(bu)掛帥帶(dai)項目(mu)、定指標,量化考核(he),增收(shou)創效(xiao)(xiao),激活全(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)創效(xiao)(xiao)潛能,生產效(xiao)(xiao)率環比提升9%,收(shou)入(ru)環比增加6%。(攝影:劉生)
