據了解(jie),該礦120名(ming)黨(dang)員跨科室(shi)、跨層級網格(ge)化包保1120名(ming)員工,貼身為職工排憂(you)解(jie)難(nan),讓黨(dang)史學習教育落地見效(xiao)。

感知(zhi)員(yuan)工冷(leng)暖,解決員(yuan)工所需、所愿、所盼,該礦持續把(ba)“店小(xiao)兒”的服務意識融入(ru)黨史學習教育中,利(li)用“八級慧談(tan)”訴求通(tong)道,傾(qing)聽員(yuan)工心聲。一季(ji)度,共計征集員(yuan)工合(he)理化(hua)建議49條,訴求答(da)復率(lv)100%,辦(ban)結率(lv)90%以上。
新(xin)驛(yi)煤礦聚(ju)集學(xue)習成(cheng)果“轉化率”,推動解決員工(gong)最關心、最直接、最現實(shi)的利益(yi)問題。他們針對(dui)年初職(zhi)工(gong)代表大會征(zheng)求的提案,逐項列出(chu)27項清單,作(zuo)為(wei)黨員聯系群眾重點督辦的27件實(shi)事,并制定了相應的幫(bang)扶措施。成(cheng)立了困難(nan)員工(gong)幫(bang)扶救助(zhu)工(gong)作(zuo)站,開展(zhan)幫(bang)扶送(song)教(jiao)育(yu)、金(jin)秋助(zhu)學(xue)、季度救助(zhu)、大病救助(zhu)等(deng)活動。截(jie)至目前,已(yi)幫(bang)扶救助(zhu)11名困難(nan)員工(gong),發(fa)放救助(zhu)金(jin)11000元(yuan)。
