學史力行聯系員工“大走訪”
“以前都(dou)是我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)找(zhao)領導反映問(wen)題,現在反過(guo)來了,不但(dan)給(gei)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)解決了多年(nian)礦外居住區(qu)(qu)的垃圾處理問(wen)題,還經常追(zhui)著和我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)談心,沒事就找(zhao)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)(men)聊幾句(ju),真貼心!”該礦運搬(ban)工(gong)區(qu)(qu)員工(gong)高長東笑著說。
該礦(kuang)在常態化做好“規定動(dong)作”的同時,創新“自選動(dong)作”,讓(rang)全礦(kuang)120名(ming)黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)跨科(ke)室、跨層級網格化包保1120名(ming)員(yuan)(yuan)工,讓(rang)黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)干部學史(shi)力行(xing)(xing)、以(yi)行(xing)(xing)踐知,想(xiang)員(yuan)(yuan)工之(zhi)所想(xiang),解(jie)職工之(zhi)所難,真正把黨(dang)史(shi)學習教育(yu)落實到為員(yuan)(yuan)工群眾辦實事上。
學史力行深化民生“大排查”
“只有(you)把(ba)員工(gong)(gong)放在(zai)心上,把(ba)責任扛(kang)在(zai)肩上,設(she)身(shen)處地換位思考(kao),才(cai)能切實做好群眾工(gong)(gong)作。”該礦黨委副書記、紀委書記、工(gong)(gong)會主席胡彥峰強調(diao)。
該(gai)礦除建(jian)立了(le)(le)57名(ming)貧(pin)困(kun)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)動(dong)態檔案,按時給予(yu)困(kun)難(nan)(nan)(nan)救(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)外(wai),充分(fen)利用黨(dang)員(yuan)網格(ge)化包保模式(shi),讓黨(dang)員(yuan)干部下基層、進宿舍(she)、入(ru)家(jia)門進行暖心(xin)(xin)家(jia)訪(fang),面對面交流、心(xin)(xin)貼(tie)心(xin)(xin)談(tan)話、實(shi)打實(shi)探訪(fang),實(shi)時掌握員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)困(kun)難(nan)(nan)(nan)程度,緊貼(tie)民生(sheng)、順應民意(yi)。建(jian)立節假日救(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)、季(ji)度救(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)、年度救(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)和突發性特殊救(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)等困(kun)難(nan)(nan)(nan)救(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)體系(xi)(xi),上限落實(shi)工(gong)(gong)會生(sheng)育、婚姻、住院、離退休等“七項慰問(wen)”,定期開展(zhan)“金秋助(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)學(xue)”等各項慰問(wen)活動(dong),真正成為了(le)(le)聯系(xi)(xi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的貼(tie)心(xin)(xin)人(ren)(ren)、暖心(xin)(xin)人(ren)(ren)、知心(xin)(xin)人(ren)(ren)。

堅(jian)持做(zuo)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)最(zui)“盼”的(de)事(shi)、抓員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)最(zui)“怨(yuan)”的(de)事(shi)、解員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)最(zui)“難”的(de)事(shi),始終把關心(xin)關愛員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)當做(zuo)頭等大(da)事(shi)來(lai)抓。
通過暖心(xin)(xin)(xin)走訪,聽民聲(sheng)、察(cha)民意、解民憂,進一(yi)步明(ming)確了黨員(yuan)(yuan)服務群(qun)眾的(de)四大(da)重點(dian)(dian),聚焦員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)關(guan)心(xin)(xin)(xin)關(guan)注(zhu)的(de)衣食(shi)住行。開展了“四大(da)”暖心(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)程(cheng),實行員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)洗衣“一(yi)站式”服務,洗好的(de)衣服統一(yi)發(fa)放(fang)到(dao)吊(diao)籃里,讓員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)感受到(dao)貼心(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)服務;對餐廳(ting)進行升級改造(zao),干(gan)凈(jing)、明(ming)亮、溫馨的(de)餐廳(ting)里有(you)“愛(ai)心(xin)(xin)(xin)菜(cai)園”自種的(de)“一(yi)元(yuan)菜(cai)品(pin)(pin)”,各(ge)種特色面點(dian)(dian)、菜(cai)品(pin)(pin)應(ying)有(you)盡有(you),讓員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)吃的(de)放(fang)心(xin)(xin)(xin);對宿舍進行裝修改造(zao),統一(yi)配備床上用(yong)品(pin)(pin),標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)2-3人間干(gan)凈(jing)、舒適、整(zheng)潔,讓員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)住的(de)舒心(xin)(xin)(xin)。除建(jian)有(you)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)健身中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)外,在生產樓(lou)開設活動(dong)室,讓員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)在上下(xia)班空余時間,就可(ke)以享(xiang)受到(dao)下(xia)棋、讀書(shu)等休閑娛樂活動(dong),最大(da)程(cheng)度滿足員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)的(de)精神文化生活,讓員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)生活舒心(xin)(xin)(xin)。
